The food is good, but consistency has been hit or miss. My biggest issue is the pricing for simple sides. I like ordering my $7 bagel with onions and capers on the side so I can control the amount, but while they’re about a $1 add-on when placed on the bagel, asking for the exact same ingredients on the side results in a $3 charge per item, $6 total. That’s nearly the price of the bagel itself and feels excessive for something that literally just requires not putting them on the bagel.

Was staying the Brickell area and found this place online. So glad we did. Quality bagels, friendly staff and a great breakfast sandwich (with pork roll/Taylor ham)!

Feb, 9, 2026. This place used to be excellent. I believe they probably sold it. Staff is different and customer service is horrible.
So you can call at 8am on any day to order bagels and they are already out of many flavor. Apparently, they only bake a dozen bagels for the front store of each flavor. So if I want a dozen of the same flavor I won't be able to get them. It is frustrating but they don't care about it. I tried many times to see if it was an off day but even the Latin lady that calls me to tell me that they don't have the bagels doesn't have the best manners or customer service knowledge. Apparently, nowadays, they give more importance to catering orders then front store and walk in customers. Terrible service and policies. They ruined my morning and my family's breakfast multiple times. I just won't do anymore.
I have been a customer since the beginning days around 2014,, when there was a group of very polite guys from New Jersey making the bagels live and the experience used to be great. I don't see them anymore. Now, it is just a bagel shop for caterings. Sad to say goodbye but no more for me.

The bagels are pricey but boy, are they good! Fluffy bread and lots of toppings. Friendly staff and really good coffee (not that common in the US of you are from Europe and are used to darker roast). Good music and not too high volume 😉

They don’t validate parking, so where is a Delivery Driver supposed to park his/her car? I cancelled the order due to lack of parking. Please start validating parking so we can use the parking garage.
The service was great and the food was delicious! However it was expensive 😔 $20 for a loc bagel with just two or three slices of lox is quite sad for me. I’d love to have this bagel more often but at that price is impossible. Definitely not an authentic New York bagel because they would put double the ingredients for half the price lol but still very very delish. I also had a passionfruit mango smoothie which was also very nice 😋

Stopped in just after noon on a Saturday and they were out of nearly every type of bagel. Ordered bacon on mine for a substantial upcharge and there was litearily one slice of bacon. Also DO NOT ORDER THEOR JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE I am a fan of spicy jalapeno cream cheese but this one was way too hot. Tasted terrible and was like a wildfire in my mouth after only one bite. Completely ruined the bagel for me.

Best bagel outside of NYC. They have many options. Service was good. Atmosphere was clean and interesting. Price is comparable to the quality. Try this place. I guarantee you will like it.
