Prices they charge you are higher than as advertised in store on menus which is a illegal practice they don’t seem to think is a big deal as they seem to change prices regularly without ever updating advertised prices. 3% surcharge on cc payments, overall not a customer friendly business

My review is from Saturday morning 2/11/25. I placed an order for TAKE-OUT. It was to be ready in about 10 minutes. I get to the restaurant and walk straight to counter to pick up my order. An employee confirms my order is ready. However, I was refused my order unless I waited in line behind others who hadn't ordered yet. At this point my order is just sitting behind the cashier and there's about 8-10 people waiting in line. What's the point of calling ahead ? By the time I got my food, it had been sitting there almost 30 minutes. Awful experience

Not the same. From Taxi drivers to Bagel Gurros these brothers have turned Toasted into an Uber Kitchen. Dine in is not welcomed. Even the Bagels no longer pop the pallet. Consistency is the end all be all in the Restaurant/Food business. It's playing out for the worse for me a long time lover if Toasted.

We ordered our lunch online and checked "asap" from a couple of blocks away, drove over there to pick it up and it was ready! That was really great service!! The staff were very friendly. I see why this is a popular neighborhood bagel shop. It was nice and clean inside and decorated for Christmas.
I ordered the Coral Way Bagel with lox and egg whites with cream cheese. It was good but not the best that I've tasted. I think it had a bit too much cream cheese. The lox was good. My daughter had the Tuna Melt on a Bagel and said it was very good. We had potato chips with our sandwiches. It was an eat and run to the next appointment kind of day.
They have their own parking lot, no charge. There is also street parking. There were no steps to climb. We plan to return after our next hair appt.

I’m shocked at the amount of disrespect I received when I walked in this place. As I walk in, I’m greeted with a “What do you want?”…When I asked for an iced coffee, the employee looked at me like he’s never heard of ice coffee in his life and said “you want what? “, so I tell him again. When I see that he input Frappuccino on the the computer, I tell him “ no, an iced coffee”. then another employee comes from the back and tries to hand me a plastic cup with what looks like ONE cube of frozen coffee inside, smirking. And tells me “ you want iced coffee, right?” I ask him “what is that?” And he says again with a smile “didn’t you order an iced coffee?” I walked out shocked at what just happened. Plz dont come here. People that treat customers like this for sure aren’t making your food with love.

The bagel was very fresh and excellent quality, however the Coral Way Bagel execution is not as impressive as the bagel it is on, could be more flavorful and complex, it seemed an egg and Lox (with a small piece of bone) was haphazardly prepared to stick in the lovely bagel. It is a nice location and easy access including free parking but the recipe could be worked on or cared for.

I liked the place, it's not the best in itself but the food makes it better. The service does not leave you satisfied but it does not leave you completely uncomfortable either. I didn't like that we arrived at 2pm and they were already reminding us that they were about to close ?

I’ve always loved this place and I always order the same thing .. everything bagel and a frappe .. as I am about to pay, the cashier states “ oh that’s a big breakfast a bit heavy for this early “ it is 8am .. as I am picking up my order the individual making my order asks me “ only one sandwich?” .. whilst she had the order ticket is infront of her , disregarding the fact that I also ordered a drink .. I had to also remind her of that as well. It’s quite sad that a place that offers very good food will continue to loose business over staff that isn’t appreciative of being employed.

Food was delicious. Coffee in the warmer was empty, just enough to get one cup, I let the staff know. It took another 15 minutes for a fresh coffee was put out, not a big deal, but this is a breakfast place. All the tables were dirty. I had to clean up my own before I could sit down. The whole place felt a little grubby. I’ve been here before and really liked it. A bit more “love” would bring it back.
