Food is awesome! ... when they get the order right. Customer service leaves much to be desired as well. Manager let's his employees talk while he's giving orders in the background. Not impressed. If it weren't for how good the food is, I wouldn't go back. As it is, I'm not ordering through ride services anymore. Just at the store. Less likely to get screwed that way.

Very reliable bagel and coffee in Miami. Every location is good this one specifically is less busy. Sometimes has longer wait time than expected for a bagel but a very good overall bagel and athmosphere. Parking is difficult in this area but that’s to be expected in the midtown/ wynwood areas…

No guest checkout for online orders, $10 latte, $35 for two bagels, and then online ordering stops and won’t let me order after making an account…what’s wrong with these overpriced restaurants. Never going back.
