Food is awesome! ... when they get the order right. Customer service leaves much to be desired as well. Manager let's his employees talk while he's giving orders in the background. Not impressed. If it weren't for how good the food is, I wouldn't go back. As it is, I'm not ordering through ride services anymore. Just at the store. Less likely to get screwed that way.

Very reliable bagel and coffee in Miami. Every location is good this one specifically is less busy. Sometimes has longer wait time than expected for a bagel but a very good overall bagel and athmosphere. Parking is difficult in this area but that’s to be expected in the midtown/ wynwood areas…

Great place with authentic bagels. Came at prime time and my order came fast and accurate.It’s also great to see the team is a well-oiled machine getting orders out and also working at a calm pace.Will definitely return!
