My first time at this ice cream shop… The ice cream was very good. The only downside was that I ran into the owner or manager (I assume) on my way into the bathroom. Out of nowhere, she told me to please lock the door from the inside and not to use too much toilet paper in the bathroom. First, I thought it was very rude/inappropriate of her. Second, we were only going in to wash our hands. Third, what terrible customer service. A very bad experience overall. So sad because the ice cream vas good.
Update: Thank you for your response. We were there on Thursday, December 19th, between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. The woman was entering through the back door with some pizzas in her hand. Merry Christmas.

Antonieta and Rosa are always incredibly friendly and attentive. They clearly love dogs and even offered peanut butter ice cream for ours, which she absolutely loved. We came here today to celebrate her birthday, and the experience was wonderful as always. Thank you for your kindness—this place is one of our favorites!”

Excellent service, great variety of toppings and the flavors are delicious, my favorites are swit coconut, mango sorbet and strawberry...The place is very clean, the employees are very friendly, in short, a good atmosphere to spend some time with the family❤️
