I visited this place during my vacation in Miami. The food was amazing. One thing that surprised me was that they serve halal steak. We tried their halal steak, and it was perfectly cooked and well presented. I really appreciate them for offering halal meat. The service was excellent. The only issue I have is their 18% service charge, which I believe is too high. The food was a bit pricey, but worth the money. I would go back there again for their halal steak.

If your expectation is to go for the meat, don't go. In my case it was overcooked and tasteless.. Service was good, until somebody came from kitchen and drop the all the dishes at the same time. They accepted my reservation at 3pm for lunch here in open table but when i went to the restaurante they told me they will do me the favor to receive me because the reservation, but it was a special help because they don't accept customers at that time, so careful with that.

Wonderful
Awesome customer service. Ask for LIZ to have the best experience. And if you are really hungry, my recommendation is the Wagyu Tomahawk!

We decided to have a quick dinner before heading out to a concert at the arena nearby. I have to say I've been to this restaurant prior and the customer service is always great, we enjoy the ambience, and the food is pretty delicious. We decided to try the Miami spice menu and I have to say their choices are pretty good. They provide you with a full appetizer, meal, and dessert experience and I think it was very enjoyable. But I have to say outside of the Miami spice, We also had two types of ceviche which you can't ever go wrong with.

Each of us ordered a chicken kale salad, and I was surprised of the small portion given the price ($32).

This was our third visit to Toro Toro. As always, the food was delicious, which is why we love coming here. However, this time we were disappointed. The Miami Spice menu had very limited options, and although we arrived at 6 PM as the first customers, we were told that one of the entrées was already unavailable. As a result, we had to order from the regular menu instead. The service was extremely slow. We waited a long time for each course to arrive. When the food finally came, we noticed that even a basic side dish— asparagus — was also unavailable. This was very frustrating and not what we expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
We shared our concerns with the General Manager of Toro Toro, who was attentive and receptive to our feedback. We appreciated his professionalism and hope that these issues will be addressed to improve future experiences.

Great atmosphere food was ok.. we tried the Miami Spice menu I had the snapper with rice. I had to send it back was raw and rice was so spicy My hubby had the chicken was tasty but dry. Desert was the best very light. Overall too expensive for what we got but nice atmosphere and look. Wine was good and have a good glass.!

We had a res for two.. Food came out cold, dessert weird texture and melted, had better bao in a Food court… service was not good, took 2 hours to bring everything, long waits in between courses, and it wasn’t even busy, had to ask multiple times for things to be brought out…. Paid $155 for spice menu for 2 which was a joke. Server was very kind and they did replace one of the dishes that was really cold, but not attentive to us.

Hi all! We visited the Westchester location where we enjoyed wonderful service by our server, Jonathan! He was so pleasant like a breath of fresh air and helped us go through the menu with the utmost patience and was very knowledgeable! What a nice and pleasant experience and what a beautiful lunch! Run, don’t walk…go see Jonathan and enjoy!

Service was absolutely horrible!! Drinks took over 10 minutes, and I had to go ask where they were. Food was promised to be out in 15 minutes, it took 27. They were not busy and a lot of staff standing around. Our server didn’t even ask how the food was after it was delivered.
