They are punctual to open and the food is very good and they serve very quickly, apart from the fact that the carts go to the table, that is very relaxing, and I think it was the first restaurant in Florida to have that attention

Food is tasty. Service is ok. Ambiance is loud. Felt rushed and not taken care of. Honestly food is great but not worth coming back to be taken care of the way we were for the price we paid.Parking: Ample parking spacesKid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. They looked as us with an attitude.
I came here based online reviews, but the dim sum not fresh and no taste

After many years hearing about how good this place was, I finally had the opportunity to visit for lunch this past Saturday. Ahead of time we called to see if reservations were needed and they say that they did not offer reservations unless it was a large party. We did ask about the average wait times for a Saturday and they told us that it really starts to get very busy after one in the afternoon. We arrived that Saturday at 12:30 PM and they were already starting to get busy but we did get a table for 4 pretty fast. Definitely by 1pm there was a wait time by the door and outside the restaurant. The restaurant noise level was in the high side, and there is constant movement around you and there is not much room around your table as they have had to maximize their space for the high demand this restaurant has. The service was average and you deal with different waiters throughout your dinner. This place is known for their dim sums, and you have the option to order A La Carte or what we opted for, which is the carts they wheel around the restaurant table by table with different options of ready dims sums. There was also carts with beef, chicken, spring rolls, desserts, etc.I should say that everything we tried was really good. The majority of the dim sums that were passed around contained shrimp in some combination so if you are allergic or just don't like it, you are better off ordering off the menu. You pick as many of the samples as you want and the waiters mark the paper on your table that keeps track of how much you have eaten.Overall, I enjoyed the food tremendously and wouldn't mind coming here soon again to enjoy food from their menu.

My boyfriend became EXTREMELY ILL after eating here yesterday. The service was terrible when we went to sit down there was a giant cart in our way and they looked at us assuming that we would move it? Then when we kindly asked to have them move the cart so we could sit the man was rude as if we could’ve moved it ourselves. CUSTOMERS SHOULD NEVER BE EXPECTED TO HANDLE OR MOVE FOOD OR FOOD EQUIPMENT. When we sat down it took 20 minutes for a waiter to ask if we wanted anything to drink after we had to ask one to come over. The carts for dim sum kept missing us so I had to call for them to please come to our table. After all of this experience we come home and my boyfriend has EXTREME FOOD POISONING. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO HAVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR FOOD INVESTIGATED. I have been coming here for years and never have I had such a terrible experience. Never will I come again and I WILL WARN PEOPLE.

The best Chinese food ever! Been going to Tropical for 20+ years! Mei Yu and brother, Greg always treat their customers like family!
We ordered a $85 pekin duck for 2. We were shown the whole duck but between both dishes we got, we didn’t even eat 1/4 of the duck, never to be seen again. Place is a bit dark and greasy, service was good but we felt we got ripped off for the price and the amount of duck we actually ate.

It has been a while since my family and I haven't come here.... this Chinese restaurant is the BEST of miami!!!I always order jasmine tea, wonton soup, sweat and sour chicken, and special rice. My brother in law loves the honey shared beef and the chicken paws ( I could never!!!.. but he says they are awesome).I recommend this place.
