Very pleasant breakfast experience. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the ambiance was calm and comfortable, especially in the morning. What truly stood out was the service — attentive, friendly, and genuinely outstanding. The team made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Value could be improved slightly, but overall a very good café that I'd happily visit again.

I landed from London, Heathrow on Virgin Atlantic, great flight in upper class, Miami airport WOW!! Great shopping and nice coffee and food, The Boarder Force was helpful and nice 🇬🇧 asked a few questions & we was on our way, I got a taxi at miami airport to my hotel in Miami to our beach front hotel in Miami, Miami is cool 🇺🇸, We our next coming from London on Virgin Atlantic in November 2025 and looking forward to a 2 week cruise around the Caribbean staying in Fort Lauderdale 2 nights at a beach front hotel before our cruise, Taxis in & out of Miami our easy, Ive also had Hire Cars 🇺🇸 🇬🇧

From the moment we arrived everything was great. The hostess made us feel like family. Our server was great and attentive. The food was amazing! I will be visiting again. We sat outside and enjoyed the view of the beach and the people that walked by. Must visit

This airport is extremely dirty especially in Concourse F. (Spirit and Frontier concourse.) There was so much trash in the sitting areas due to the trash cans over flowing with trash to point there was nowhere to place your rubbish, but beside the trash can/s. Unfortunately, I had an unfortunate delayed flight, in which I sat at gate 3 for over 4 hours. While sitting there I never saw anyone mop, clean, or do anything to help sanitize this area. In addition the restrooms in this concourse are nasty and the floors down the walkway are dirty. Also, I noticed there is a lack of food options and restaurants compared to Concourse D (American concourse). If you are medically fragile and easily to become sick. I would not purchase any flights or have any layovers at this airport.
Whenever I am desperate for an $8 bag of pretzels, I head directly for this place.

This is definitely the F*cking WORST airport ever! Like wow! Disrespect security, the workers not paying attention! The whole place is confusing asf! Whoever is the CEO of this place should be FIRED!

It is without doubt THE worst and most inhospitable, rude and inhumane, disrespectful airport in the world. Passengers are treated with contempt and as cattle. Yelled at, left in long and unnecessary queues when other parts of the airports are empty with staff standing chatting. Terminal F is like something from the developing world. The staff are shocking, unhelpful, dismissive, arrogant kind and have zero interest in helping those in need. There are zero facilities in the appalling long queues at arrivals in fact I think staff get off on the power trip of seeing people especially those with young children suffer in three hours queues after 10 hour flights. You should be ashamed.
