This is definitely the F*cking WORST airport ever! Like wow! Disrespect security, the workers not paying attention! The whole place is confusing asf! Whoever is the CEO of this place should be FIRED!
It is without doubt THE worst and most inhospitable, rude and inhumane, disrespectful airport in the world. Passengers are treated with contempt and as cattle. Yelled at, left in long and unnecessary queues when other parts of the airports are empty with staff standing chatting. Terminal F is like something from the developing world. The staff are shocking, unhelpful, dismissive, arrogant kind and have zero interest in helping those in need. There are zero facilities in the appalling long queues at arrivals in fact I think staff get off on the power trip of seeing people especially those with young children suffer in three hours queues after 10 hour flights. You should be ashamed.
Was very excited to visit Florida again, but first time flying via MIA. Greeted with a 2 hour queue upon arrival… only 5 border guards for 3 planes worth of travellers, total disrespect for peoples welfare. Border guards exceptionally rude, arrogant and unwelcoming, lacking common decency. On departure asked where to fill a water bottle, was told only bottled water available, after purchasing $4 bottle of water, I discovered fountains at other end of concourse so was lied to. Same establishment selling beer for $23. Flight delayed due to problems with cleaners and ground staff. I will never fly through here again!!! Avoid!!!
A variety of nick knacks and do dads. Self-service registers, clean store.

This airport has ruined more trips for us than any other except DFW. In addition to having a horrible on time track record, MIA has one of the worst airport setups that guarantee you will running nearly a mile between gates. Their skylink is essentially useless, as are all of the people that work there. Avoid MIA at all costs.
After having a major surgery. The pain is excruciating and was NOT looking forward to the flight back home. Yesterday, I had the sweetest lady name Cela Simpson whom was my wheelchair assistant. I never seen someone some kind & patient as her. Especially at a very busy & huge airport like Miami. I was eating at the Corona Beach house and she arrived after the last wheel chair assistant dropped me off there because we were a few hours early for boarding & I wanted to grab some food so I can take my medicine. Unfortunately I was not finished eating yet & waiting for my sister to return to the table. I asked Cela for about 45 more minutes and with a smile she said sure. That she would be back at that time. Yes came back ! Promptly at 45 minutes and helped me get on the wheelchair. I am a younger female and I know people will roll their eyes when they see someone my age asking for wheelchair assistance after cosmetic surgery. BUT, NOT CELA ♥️ she went over bumps as slow as possible and took me down the hallway were the plane was & got me closest as possible to the plane door. Making sure she help me get up on my feet and stable enough to walk. Thank You Cela ! Because it literally made my day after being in so much pain and post surgery emotional mess. She NOT ONLY did her job … BUT, WAS HAPPY WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE TO DO HER JOB….
Let's be honest, this place is a dump. Dirty bathrooms, most of the outlets are in disrepair. Weird brands being sold for exorbitant prices, even for an airport in the shops. And a horrible food selection. Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Fort Lauderdale and avoid this cess pool
Hair comes out in the food, I pass with two plates. Really disgusting. We complained narrowly and the waitress was rude and disrespectful.

Worst airport experience by far. Broken AC, barely any place to charge your devices and places to eat. Crying kids because their overstimulated. If you can avoid this airport then do so, by all means.
My son bought a sandwich, some jerky, and a T-shirt. Unfortunately, it was a youth medium shirt as opposed to an adult size. He walked the 20 steps back to where we were waiting for our flight when I noticed his mistake. Since he did not get a receipt 2 minutes earlier, they refused to return it. They should be ashamed of taking advantage of people that way.

This business is very clean, the sawiches are fresh and the attention is very good, especially its phenomenal cleanliness
Way too expensive, they don’t show prices which is my fault for not asking. Spent $17 on a little gas station sandwich and water :/
