The smoothies are good, but can we make the food not look like a crime scene? A simple thoughtful non liquid portion would be nice

I was just in this place, it was 7:34 pm and the boy and girl there didn't even answer my call to place my order. The service was terrible. When he felt like it, he came over and I said good night and he didn't even He answered me and he looked at me in the most contemptuous way and I said good night to him and then I decided to come and not buy anything. Terrible service. He and the girl at this time are rude. I will never step foot in that place. They are rude. If they don't like to serve the public, yes. No They have a vocation for service, do not work.

Incompetent and slow staff. Waited over twenty minutes for two flatbread while multiple other customers received their orders.

Why have 7 employees on duty if none are doing their jobs?

Every time I go I notice the lack of desire to work on the part of everyone. But the last thing was yesterday when I went I asked for a glass of water and the poor cashier didn't even know how to tell me that they forced her to charge for tap water. I paid 0.27 cents. But it's not the money, it's the fact that the owner is so, so stingy about not having cheaper glasses in case someone asks for water and a jug of cold water. You have to have a very tough face and have very little class. I repeat, they took good care of me. But on the part of the owner or the manager it is a shame, the tap water is not even charged for the dogs. And much less not make it cold knowing the high temperatures in Miami. I don't plan to return nor do I want anyone around me to spend money in a place like this.

they try to poison you. I stated I was allergic to honey I confimed TWICE there wouldn't be any honey and the incompetent enployees still put honey on it. they're going to end up killing someone. I hope they get sued. they should go out of business. this is the 9th order they have screwed up because that's all they do here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. BUYER BEWARE. Second time in a row they got my order WRONG on uber eats. 1st time I clearly indicated no banana in my peanut butter cup due to allergy...thet added banana. 2nd time same peanut butter cup. this time they forgot to add chocolate. There were other times my order was wrong, food poorly prepared..no straw "for a smoothie".. poorly made sandwiches. ITS THE STAFF OR LACK THERE OF. Replace them ALL with robots because they are so lazy at this location.

The staff is lazy and is always getting stuff wrong. I ordered a chipotle chicken club and it only came with lettuce and chicken.

waited 20 mins to be told one sec and them make it right then after serving every other person and them finishing there food before we even were able to get out TOGO food

edit I gave it a second try..... they gave me real chicken instead of plant based chicken when I very clearly ordered it plant based. had to drive 20 mins back because it's a horrible experience every single time. my favorite place I can't even go to because this location can't get anything right ever.

I really wish 0 stars was an option. They had a new guy in the front that could not take an order to save his life. I ordered a turkey sandwich and was then informed they have absolutely nothing to drink. Then, apparently they don’t take cash, which is all I had on me. So I figured it out and paid my $25 and walked across the street to buy a drink. I said for here and they gave me my to go receipt. I automatically realized the 16 year old boys in the back wanted nothing to do with me. 25 minutes later I got a fkn chicken flatbread not a turkey sandwich. I don’t eat chicken so that was an automatic waste of money and food that went straight to the trash. The flatbread btw which wasn’t even cooked, the bread wasn’t even fully toasted. Honestly embarrassing and totally ruined my day as I was already hangry. Thank you Tropical Smoothie, for being genuinely horrible.

Ordered an açaí bowl & two wraps, waited almost 30 minutes. The wraps were good, but the açaí bowl is way too expensive for its size. It was also soupy by the time I got it. Cashiers up front are not the friendliest, the young man who brought out the order did apologize for the wait though. I’ve always just ordered smoothies, never food…I’ll stick to smoothies. The atmosphere is fine, plenty of places to sit, but they really need to work on the wait time when food is ordered.
