I've order several times from here, both through Uber eats and pickup. I've ordered breakfast and lunch from here and the food has always been spot on. My order has always been ready ahead of schedule when I've ordered through their app for in store pickup. Through Uber eats, the food always arrives warm, and the smoothie cold. Highly recommend the peanut paradise with whey protein!

Plenty of seats indoors and few more outside.Their acai bowls are not as big as I am accustomed to seeing at other places but to be fair their prices are also less expensive at around $11.xx after tax and the portion size is sufficient especially considering the bowls are all high in sugar/calories.They have smoothies for about $9.xx after taxThe smoothies seem to be made with little to no wait but the bowls take some time. One of the 3 bowls in my group's order took about 15-20 mins while everyone who was coming in to order afterwards was getting their order and left already. The straws are readily available for anyone to take as needed but there are no spoons nor napkins available. The female staff at the front don't interact nor acknowledge you. Someone in my group did not receive a spoon and I was waiting for one of the two front attendants to look up or say something as I was up at the counter. I ended up grabbing the attention of the more approachable looking guy making the bowls instead as he was out from behind the counter placing one of the food preps he just made into the pre-ordered to-go cubby.Parking: Plenty of parking.

The atmosphere was great. The staff were nice too. However, from my observation, there is no team harmony dynamics going on here. Each one seems to be doing their own thing, as a result, orders are delayed a lot, and the line keeps getting bigger.Overall though, the staff were really nice. Just needs someone to lead them through.I recommend this place.

Located in a very busy complex. Parking can be challenging.I ordered online and it took awhile for my order to be ready. But that's probably because they were busy and inundated with orders. It was chaotic when I stepped inside the restaurant.I'm not sure how they decide which order to make first because, as I was waiting for my order, I have watched customers who ordered later get their drinks earlier than customers who were there first. The size of the acai bowl was on the smaller side from what I imagined but it was good. Not sure if it is worth the $10. It had a good amount of toppings though. But the staff was pleasant and seemed to be trying their best.

The service was quick & friendly. I got a Bahama Mama smoothie it was delicious. I added banana to it. . The only down side in my opinion is the smoothies only come in one size. I think they should add a few more size options. But other than that it was a nice lil clean shop. With tasty smoothies my friend he likes their wraps.

I usually don't leave bad reviews but I'm pretty upset. I placed an order pick up in a rush on the way somewhere in the morning today and I went out of my way to go pick it up and the place was closed. I'm assuming whoever was supposed to work didn't show up but all lights were off and door locked. I could even see through the glass my order on the screen. My order was supposed to be ready 8:20am and they opened 8am. No one was there so I had to leave and go to my event empty handed and I had to still pay for it as it was through online pre-payment. Super annoyed.

We went there for breakfast one morning in summer. The air conditioning was broken. The staff was so disgruntled. They literally turned away the customers. They were all sweating in there. We left and went to the competitor down the road.

This place was aweful!!! Came in on Sunday at 1:50 pm and Waited for my sandwich 14 minutes!! When I asked who is the manager, the cashier told me he left a while ago. There were about 7 employees all walking around in the back doing nothing! I have been coming here for a few years but never again!!

This place is horrible! Very rude employees, I ordered my smoothie via the app and it said my smoothie would be done at 1:39 pm. When I walked in it was 1:34 pm, they have a shelf with alphabet letters on them so the employee could place the orders placed online and the customer can walk up and pick it up.I noticed that mine wasn’t ready and I sat down next to the pickup shelf to wait, but I noticed people that came in and ordered via the regular line got their orders before mine. I waited a good 10 mins thinking they were busy and little behind, but then I noticed the employee that was responsible for putting the order in the online pickup shelf was kind of frustrated because of the way she was looking at me, and gave me a malice smile, I then proceeded to get up and ask another employee if they knew about my order because it said it would be ready at 1:39 and it was now 1:49 the young man went looked at the shelf and the frustrated employee that gave me a malice smile placed it under another alphabet instead of putting it under the alphabet that would go with my name. The young me stated it appears the employee placed it wrong and I said no sir, it was that employee who decided for one reason or another to do it in purpose, because she been seeing me sitting right next to the pickup shelf for 10 mins and she hasn’t even cared to ask if I was already taken care off and out of all the other orders mine was the only one that was placed incorrectly. It appears she’s frustrated for one reason or another. But I advise management to talk to her and make sure she’s isn’t doing this to other customers because this can ruin the restaurant because of her poor customer service.I feel bad for her, she probably needs someone to help her with her frustration.Stay away from this place far away as possible, unless you like to be mistreated as a customer.

My Experience at Tropical Cafe Smoothie Place: An Incredible JourneyIn a world filled with hectic schedules and fast-paced lives, finding a place where tranquility and refreshment meet is nothing short of extraordinary. My recent visit to a Tropical Cafe Smoothie Place was precisely that—an incredible journey of flavors and relaxation. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a tropical paradise. The vibrant decor, with its lush greenery and colorful beach-themed artwork, instantly transported me to a coastal oasis. The air was filled with the sweet aroma of freshly blended fruits, creating an ambiance that promised a delightful escape from the everyday hustle. As I approached the counter, the friendly staff welcomed me with warm smiles. Their enthusiasm for crafting the perfect smoothie was contagious. The menu was a treasure trove of options, each offering a unique blend of fruits, juices, and healthy supplements. I decided to go for the "Tropical Bliss" smoothie, a tantalizing concoction of pineapple, mango, and coconut milk, with a hint of honey and chia seeds. The anticipation grew as I watched the skilled barista transform a colorful array of fresh ingredients into a creamy, dreamy smoothie. The blender's soothing whir filled the air, and in no time, my drink was presented to me, adorned with a pineapple slice and a colorful paper umbrella. It was a work of art, almost too beautiful to sip.The first taste was an explosion of flavors. The tropical fruits danced on my taste buds, each sip a burst of sweet and tangy goodness. The coconut milk added a luxurious creaminess, while the chia seeds provided a delightful texture. It was like sipping sunshine in a cup, a pure burst of tropical happiness. What made this experience truly incredible was not just the delicious smoothie but also the ambiance. I found a cozy corner with a view of the beach-themed mural, and I let myself unwind. Soft reggae music played in the background, and the gentle whir of blenders became a soothing symphony. Time seemed to slow down, allowing me to savor every moment. As I enjoyed my smoothie, I couldn't help but notice the diverse clientele that this place attracted. Students studying, friends catching up, and families sharing moments—it was a testament to the universality of the joy found in a tropical smoothie. In that moment, I felt a sense of belonging, a shared appreciation for the simple pleasures of life.Leaving the Tropical Cafe Smoothie Place, I carried with me more than just the memory of a delectable drink. I carried a piece of paradise, a reminder that in the midst of our busy lives, there are places where we can find solace and delight. My experience was not just incredible; it was a reminder of the beauty of slowing down, sipping a little sunshine, and finding a taste of paradise right around the corner.

Horrible service and rude employees. Especially the older smaller employee, the one that takes out the orders. Very slow and very bad customer service. I saw this employee mocking a disabled person. And the food is disgusting.
