Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.

A fast and casual place where you can get a delicious smoothie and a good bite to eat without any hassle or waiting in a long line. Fresh to order food you cant beat it….. prepped ingredients fresh every day😀

Tropical smoothie has hands down some of the worst breakfast I've ever had. Pretty bad considering fast food breakfast tastes better than here. Also prices here are out of control.

Speaking with your customer service representatives has been a nightmare..the supervisor Terri wright is very unprofessional and will not provide me information to receive my refund for a product I never received. I am going to make sure I share this experience on all platforms and with friends and family. You guys do not care about your customers. There has been no resolution provided no offer of compensation no straight answer given to what can be done. It’s really insane to go through this behind some freaking smoothies! I am very displeased with how this is being handled between you and DoorDash whom you’ve chosen to use for deliveries in my area.

Not a fan of the new menu at the Conway Arkansas store. Won’t be going there.
