Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I do not recommend this place in West Sample Road, Coral Springs , Florida. It’s twice in 2 months . We have received watered down smoothies with no flavors and when adding additional supplements such as multi vitamin, probiotic, chia seeds, there was absolutely nothing mixed in. We left a review on grub hub and other places and only received $5 back. It was a $50 order. Smoothies had no taste and was watered down . You can not even taste the supplements and there was absolutely no chia seeds when requested .

Ordered a pickup order to pick up yesterday morninfin Uniontown, PA and no one was there when I got there. Doors were locked, lights were on but no one came to the door or drive thru. Their hours were marked as open online and it took my money, I have sent two messages on their online feedback and no one has responded.

Had the smoothies and bowls plus a few food items for a whole week straight. The quality of everything was great. All tasted fresh and healthy.

showed up to pick up a doordash order at the duroo Avenue in Mobile Alabama the door was locked while 6 to 8 people were sitting there dancing along with the employees the line of cars was around the building and the line outside was about 10 people

Im visiting from out of town. I walked in tonight at 8:30pm and a middle aged lady came out from the back from doing something, she didn’t say anything, no greeting, no smile , but as she was walking to me I said “ oh Ill need a few mins “ ( ive never been there before and I didn’t want her to wait for me) she does not say one word. She rolls her eyes turns around and starts tending back to what she was doing. She seemed to be cleaning up and putting away items so I asked “ oh im sorry are you closing ?” ( thinking maybe thats why she was so rude and seemed bothered why I was in there ) she doesn’t even look at me just says “ 9pm” and walks away to the back. I told my friend loudly , lets leave im not dealing with her bad attitude. Terrible customer service. I knew even if she made me something it probably would have tasted bad sincr she just wanted to get out of there.

Your Little Rd location in Arlington, TX is great. Will be a regular, as I’m in the area at least 3 days a week. Would’ve been a regular in Mansfield as that’s where I live, but, they seemed to not want to be bothered. No greeting when I walked in. The young lady went to make another smoothie, but didn’t say anything to me, and there was no one else in the store. The guy in the cowboy hat was within my view, I’m pretty sure he saw me standing there waiting too, but he continued his conversation with someone in the back.

Stopped by Tropical Smoothie and ordered the chia oatmeal bowl topped with banana, coconut flakes, and a touch of honey drizzle, a nutritious packed kind of snack/dessert! They offered us a sip of their Bahama drink, which was a sweet tropical surprise. Valery and Leo’s attention was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The space itself is bright and inviting, and I have to say, even the bathrooms are impressively spotless. Definitely a place that balances good vibes with tropical flavors. 🌴🥥🍯

Ordered online a smoothie and a side of sweet potatoes at 2:31 got there at 2:41 waited in line for 30 mins! -Marion , IA location

I'm glad there is a TSC here in Defiance, Ohio!! I just want you to know that the smoothie I got last Sunday had BIG chunks of food in the bottom. I would appreciate it if your employees would make sure they are blending them well enough.
