Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood and Crab

We came to you restaurant on the 13th of February for lunch, we love coming and the service and food is outstanding, we had stone crabs,lobster, drinks. My complaint is we were eating all this great food on a place mat no table clothe no choices of napkins. Please bring back table clothes for lunch. If we pay for all this great food and atmosphere let us eat it on a table cloth.

Visiting family from out of town. Had an incredibly enjoyable experience at Truluck’s. All fine restaurants have a common denominator- their attention to detail.

The service was superb! From our server to the managers, everyone always checked to make sure we were taken care of or if we needed anything. Let me just say, a must order are the stone crab claws. Just delicious!

Tuna appetizer was good. Drinks were okay. Our servers were awesome. Carlos is fantastic ! I would not recommend the grouper , tasted very rubbery, likely previously frozen and not fresh. Fries were very oily.
The food is just ok.

Beautiful date night in Miami. We visited within the first couple of days in November 2025. We arrived when they had live entertainment that was spectacular.
The atmosphere, food, drinks and service were all amazing!! We left super full and satisfied. Highly recommend!

The dinner was outstanding. It was my husband‘s birthday and they made him feel special. The music was absolutely wonderful. I will tell everybody that comes to Miami to visit this place. The food was so great.

Elevated cuisine and prices. Pro tip, order the beer bucket and meatballs!

Service was outstanding, we couldn't have had a better server. She was friendly, polite and most attentive to our needs. Food was excellent. To die for the carrot cake. Ambiance was great. Not crowded. My guests and I had a really good time. It's always a highlight of mine to return to Truluck's.

This place is top notch fantastic! We were vacationing in the area and looked for a great seafood spot. Truluck had wonderful reviews so it was an easy choice. Everything was just perfect - from the gentleman playing a great mix of jazzy tunes and other favorites, to the impeccable service, the menus that light up when opened allowing for soft lighting, to outstanding food. We kept commenting about what a treat the whole evening was. This was one of our most enjoyable evenings out. We chose the prix fixe menu and it was the perfect amount. Great salads as starters, my husband loved his ahi and I had the shrimp and scallop dish. The key lime pie and carrot cake were also very good. We also tried the crab cake - it was all crab, no bread crumbs or fillers. Outstanding! The extra appetizer put us over the top as all portions were generous. What really stands out is the next morning we received a personal call checking to see if we enjoyed our meal. I have never had a restaurant follow up like this to see if we were happy or had any suggestions for improvement. We will definitely be back next time we are in Miami. Such a great place!

The lobster bisque was amazing, got better with each spoonful. And the wine offerings matched perfectly.

We visited your restaurant on Saturday evening expecting to enjoy a pleasant dining experience, as it is one of my favorite establishments. I typically order the same entrée because I know what to expect; however, on this occasion the food was not up to the standard we have come to appreciate. I am not certain what may have gone wrong, but we were quite disappointed with our meal overall. This experience was unexpected and unfortunately detracted from what is usually a very enjoyable visit. I felt it was important to share this feedback and hope it can be helpful moving forward.

The ambience was just right to chat with our guests, tye food was delicious and Ramon was very efficient and attentive! Kudos!

Truluck's is my go-to, and it was off its game this time. The food was good. But their famous carrot cake was no longer great. We took our friend in for a landmark birthday which I let them know about on the reservation. They started off strong and had set the table cutely with a card and little hearts, but then the waiter completely spaced. The place was oddly empty, but everything took a very long time to come out - and we had mostly ordered off the executive lunch menu. The worst part was I had to track down the hostess to see if they no longer did birthday desserts. They do, and they did eventually get it together, but it kind of killed the vibe.
