The front desk is up a set of stairs. There is a handicap access thing but no elevator so you have to lug your bags up the stairs. Also it is unorganized and not clear, so they had people waiting at the bottom of the stairs but not a clear line. Then the line got mixed up, and then they began taking people for entry who were behind me in line. The food was sufficient and a lot of beverages, really good baklava, but the space is rather small and was very crowded the whole time i was there. Also they began cleaning up to close about an hour early so i couldnt get a fork to eat.

The place is too small... really !!!! to be in Miami airport !!! It's a room where the last thing you can do is relax and breathe. the lounge has one toilet for the women and one for men.

The food is good. And the people work in there are very nice.

Lounge owners, don't lose sight of the essence of how the idea of providing lounge service was built. This one in Miami is not a lounge. There are lines of people outside waiting the room with waits of an hour or more.

The Turkish Lounge at Miami Airport was a bit underwhelming. The main issue was the service — there simply weren’t enough staff to handle the number of guests. No fault to the employees who were working, as they seemed to be doing their best, but the lack of staff showed in wait times and overall attentiveness.

The food selection was fine, but nothing that stood out. A few decent options, but nothing to get excited about, especially compared to other lounges. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it also didn’t feel like the premium lounge experience one might expect.

The food variety wasn’t amazing but they have what you need before boarding and by taking advantage of your credit you can enjoy some drinks, a salad buffet and some appetizers

Crowded, tight space, ideal for party of 2 or fewer. Buffet food was basic but fresh. Nice surprise that you can order special menu from QR code served at your table.

I expected more from this lounge. Quite busy, as was expected, but tables were too close to each other. It was quite noisy as it was busy. Also expected more food options... and possibly at least 1 or 2 meat options, other than if I ordered the prepared spaghetti and meatballs dish.

A small lounge which I would recommend for a quick layover. The food was not the best but service was great.
