0/10. This place is absolutely filthy and run down. We walked in and out in 5 minutes. The food looked inedible and had zero offerings worthy of a lounge. Turkish Airlines ought to be ashamed if this is the image they present of themselves to Priority Pass holders.

All the fridges with water, soda, and beer were completely warm. Tables left dirty. No wine glasses available. If you don't eat lamb, there's no protein for you to eat.

Great Turkish food, meat, hummus, pita, tzaziki spread, salad bar, drinks, soups, and especially baklava!
Very crowded, small, and busy...but the food is worth it!

Light sandwiches and breakfast items like eggs, potatoes, fruit, cheeses, yogurt, a help yourself bar. The Turkish coffee makes was broken but they had an automated machine

Edit for my return flight - I would literally rather sit at my gate then in this over packed hell hole someone called a lounge. There is nothing first class about this place. The line was literally out the door just to enter, and the desk was run by abhorrently rude, incompetent people who refused to speak a language other than Spanish. Once inside there was no where to sit because it was so packed. I will never go here again as my gate is more welcoming and inviting than this place.

Compared to other lounges I've enjoyed, this one pales. No bar or tender, but a few bottles of wine in a bucket and cans of beer in a fridge I don't think was working as the were not cold. I was there at breakfast time and while the selection was nice, the food that should be hot, eggs etc, was not.
There was no service beyond those working to clear plates and trash away. They did a great job. It was tiny and packed and played terrible music. Why not have it silent so as to please everyone? People want a lounge to eat, rest or hopefully sleep. Wasn't happening here unfortunately.

Well, let's start with the positive features: the person at reception was welcoming and able to provide us entry based on information from our membership previously provided by one of our credit cards. We also noted that other passengers were allowed to bring in more than one guest. This level of access is a breath of fresh air in the increasingly restrictive lounge operations of the major airlines. For instance, American Airlines Lounge in MIA denied us access even though we were flying first class on their aircraft.

The people working inside the lounge were polite and helpful. The lounge was quite busy and like the rest of MIA looked like it could use some deep cleaning. There was a variety of foods available as well as a selection of beverages that included Turkish coffee and Turkish tea. One small thing that might help improve the atmosphere would be if fellow guests picked up their used dishes and glasses and brought them to a station rather than leaving stuff strewn everywhere. It was difficult to find a place to sit that didn't have dirty plates and glasses on the tables. The other guests were quiet and polite otherwise. The restrooms could definitely use regular cleaning. At Miami Airport, the restrooms were quite dirty in the main terminal. The restrooms in the lounge were slightly cleaner. Overall we were grateful to have a place to sit that was less hectic than waiting at the gates. Thank you for the hospitality.

This is probably the WORST lounge I've ever stayed at. The space is so small and they let you in even if there's no seats or tables available. The food is cold and tastes bland, and the drink options are very limited. Restrooms need service and they should probably stop carrying the trash bin around everywhere. Also, consider only entering here if you're traveling alone or with a friend/partner, because if you have a large group of 4 people or more, finding a place to stay together is going to be extremely difficult.

Unfortunately, like many other lounges, this place was overcrowded. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to enter and get a seat. The food was basic, and the bathroom was small. In general, this is one of the worst lounges in MIA Airport.

They do their best with a cramped and awkwardly-sized space. Service was good but struggled to keep up with the number of guests, again due to to the space limitations. Overall a pleasant enough space, but not one of the better lounges out there.
