Well, let's start with the positive features: the person at reception was welcoming and able to provide us entry based on information from our membership previously provided by one of our credit cards. We also noted that other passengers were allowed to bring in more than one guest. This level of access is a breath of fresh air in the increasingly restrictive lounge operations of the major airlines. For instance, American Airlines Lounge in MIA denied us access even though...

Unfortunately, like many other lounges, this place was overcrowded. We had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to enter and get a seat. The food was basic, and the bathroom was small. In general, this is one of the worst lounges in MIA Airport.

They do their best with a cramped and awkwardly-sized space. Service was good but struggled to keep up with the number of guests, again due to to the space limitations. Overall a pleasant enough space, but not one of the better lounges out there.
