PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. They dont have a real phone number. I’m still not even sure they have a real location. You can’t cancel your order without paying, but you also can’t get your order because no one around knows where this place. The GPS sure doesn’t, and their phone number offers you internet for the first 2 minutes. I couldn’t stay on the line. Just get burgers ANYWHERE else .

I am so torn over this place! The pluses: Tasty burgers and fries, vegan options, new menu options pop up frequently, and sustainable delivery packaging. Someone clearly cares about this business. That's what keeps me coming back, but I'm not sure for long. The negatives: Every. single. order. is wrong. 5 or 6 UberEats deliveries in total have come with something wrong. From the minor (missing sides, wrong number of sides, wrong toppings on burgers, etc.) to the more serious. Once, they didn't have wings (my meal), so they subbed 4 cans of cokes. Who would think that's okay? I don't want to pound 4 cokes instead of dinner. And certainly not to the tune of $14. Tonight, every single burger I ordered was wrong. Don't waste a minute customizing your burger bc it'll come with whatever they decide to put on it that day. Allergies? Dietary restrictions? Dislikes? Good luck. This is standard. Extra patty? You'll definitely pay for it and MAYBE you'll get it. Maybe I'll return when I can order in person and send the incorrect order back until they get it right. Such a shame. This place really has a lot of potential.

I was really hungry and looked online for something and found them so I purchased a Caesar salad for 15$?. This is what I got for 15$ a side of salad this is a ripoff. My first, omg so disappointed
We ordered on Uber eats and waited for 3 hours for the food to never show up. Even called the helpline 2 times since there’s no number to call the actual restaurant & they told us the driver was only 5 minutes away both times. The food never showed up and now I’m struggling to even get a refund. The whole thing felt like a scam

I feel like I never leave a review for anything but honestly DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered through Uber eats. The burgers were just Patties and buns. There was nothing else on them even though it was listed to have lettuce onions condiments etc. Also they forgot both orders of fries. I really really wish I would’ve looked at these reviews before I ordered from this god forsaken place. This place will get shut down. It’s only a matter of time.

Ordered through Uber Eats. The meat smelled rotten and was inedible. I'm alarmed that this place is open because something is clearly wrong. Worried about people getting sick or food poisoning and so wanted to post. Have never reviewed any restaurant before but am doing so because I'm concerned. Really disgusting and I think there is a food safety issue based on what I received from this place - a burger that smelled rotten and smelled so badly that it almost made me sick to even smell. Pls be careful. Scary

Being from Los Angeles, it's not real Umami Burger. It's REEF. The toppings, sauces, and most offerings are not the same. But, it was still good. Their cheesy tots were good. Would be better with minced jalapeño in them too. Should choose ranch as the sauce. The burger was more done than Umami ever does. But, I prefer it cooked. We were in town from Tampa and really looking forward to Umami Burger. Seems the pandemic has temporarily closed the real one in Miami. The seating was cute. The bathroom situation was bad! No light in the 1 working portapotty out of 4. It was very confusing on which truck had my order. After asking another one of the trucks, the one that had my order had a sign that seemed to be Asian food.
