United States Burger Service

Stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. Encountered 2 of the most disinterested workers, one was on a phone call the entire time via ear buds. Despite saying it was my first time the guy ringing me up barely answered my questions. I asked for the sauce to be put on the side. When I get my order I see no sauce, I ask the guy for sauce and he gives me salt cause he's too engaged in his phone call. I then motion him to come over and ask him and he doesn't speak English so I ask him in Spanish for the sauce on the side but he says the order called for it to be on the burger. I didn't have time to wait for another order so I just left. Ofc I ended up not liking the sauce so a whole burger thrown out. Fries were decent but no thanks.

Service was terrible. I went on a Friday night and really regret not choosing a different spot in the Citadel. I’ve been here before and it was good, but this time was a big disappointment. The burgers were overcooked, dry, and just didn’t taste good — probably because it was close to closing at 11. For the price, it wasn’t worth it at all. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible customer service, the workers and mangers are very disrespectful and I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have no concern for their customers or their experience at this restaurant

Very hit or miss place. Some days the burgers can be great, some times they are overcooked. But the service is consistently horrible. Once I was served cold fries and I came back to the store and asked the manager for a new batch, and I was dismayed at how RUDE his attitude was. Never went back after.

Was excited to try this burger, but it left a little to be desired. I got the single patty and maybe that was my first mistake. I also added bacon and it was cut into little bits. I like a smash patty, but this just tastes like the crunchy bits and bread. I found some tastier burgers around Miami. The fries were VERY good to me.

Overcooked burger, took forever to be served. Do not waste your time and money at this place.

20 minute wait for a breakfast burrito. Service is I’m too busy to talk to you. Wasted 20 minutes of my lunch. Asked for the refund. Probably the only easy interaction with this place was getting the refund.

Not that good.
It's the ingredients that fail the burger.
The wizz cheese isn't working, I would recommend upgrading the quality of the patty as well.
Many other choices in Miami and fort Lauderdale that lap this place.

I love this place, known of the owners cooking for a long time. Love the approach to the idea of simplicity. A lot going on when it comes to such a simple dish, everything is made in house so that's an incredible plus. Can't wait to see what pops out next from these people. So far for me they have checked every box from the house ground burger, to the homemade cheese sauce to that delicious bread made by owner himself, Come on and the Frenchy fries? I'm with it, I dig it, that why it's a 5 for me dawg. (IMAGINE IF THE POSTAL SERVICE DELIVERED THESE BAD BOIS)

Worst place to eat at. Their food taste so bad. The manager is rude. He need to learn about customer service. Their cheese fries is like a fries with dog vomit on top.

Located inside The Citadel on NE 2 Ave. I tried the smash burger one pattie. The sign says lettuce, tomatoes, and onions not needed. I disagree. It is very much needed. The burger is bland just like the guy taking the order. Lacked personality and flavor. Burger suited for a kid. But the Cajun fries I must say were good. Under the same brand is Mexican food. Again lacked flavor served the nachos with a side of what should have been Jalapenos but tasted like pickles and bland salsa. The burrito again was bland in flavor. Total cost of food over $40. Overpriced.
