I usually don't leave reviews, but this deserves one. My Buddy and I were looking to grab a bite to eat before heading to a Marlins game. We turned to Google and my buddy found US Burger Service. Burgers... how can you go wrong?

We shouldve listened to the reviews. Let's talk about the burger. It's more bread than patty. It's as if the bun is the star. Limited toppings. Fries and a coke and it was $20. Last time I checked, that's a premium price. Can you imagine the food you can get for $20. Honestly, if we were going to pay that money, I should've just got over priced pall park food.

It's just a bad burger. Really bad. If you decide to take a risk like we did... and form your own opinion, be prepared to be disappointed

Maybe I should’ve tried a burger. But the chicken sandwich was AWFUL. I felt like I was back in elementary school eating mystery meat. The potato bun was good. The fries were on the soggy side. The staff was unengaged. This was a must do on our list but spare yourself the cost of an uber ride. Totally not worth it.

Best burger I have tasted in Miami. I am recommending this place for everyone. This is a local restaurant you want to stay. Meat quality was outstanding, the gourmet cheese I don't know what it is but I want directly in my mouth. The only negative is that it's a bit pricey

Something changed in the recipe in the last four or five months, because I just had one of their burgers, and I had an allergic reaction, when I never had one before. I’m allergic to soy and coconut, so there’s maybe something related to that in the ingredients now.

Nothing good to say about the burger. Just not good.

Stopped in on the recommendation of a friend. Encountered 2 of the most disinterested workers, one was on a phone call the entire time via ear buds. Despite saying it was my first time the guy ringing me up barely answered my questions. I asked for the sauce to be put on the side. When I get my order I see no sauce, I ask the guy for sauce and he gives me salt cause he's too engaged in his phone call. I then motion him to come over and ask him and he doesn't speak English so I ask him in Spanish for the sauce on the side but he says the order called for it to be on the burger. I didn't have time to wait for another order so I just left. Ofc I ended up not liking the sauce so a whole burger thrown out. Fries were decent but no thanks.

Service was terrible. I went on a Friday night and really regret not choosing a different spot in the Citadel. I’ve been here before and it was good, but this time was a big disappointment. The burgers were overcooked, dry, and just didn’t taste good — probably because it was close to closing at 11. For the price, it wasn’t worth it at all. Won’t be coming back.

Terrible customer service, the workers and mangers are very disrespectful and I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have no concern for their customers or their experience at this restaurant

Very hit or miss place. Some days the burgers can be great, some times they are overcooked. But the service is consistently horrible. Once I was served cold fries and I came back to the store and asked the manager for a new batch, and I was dismayed at how RUDE his attitude was. Never went back after.

Was excited to try this burger, but it left a little to be desired. I got the single patty and maybe that was my first mistake. I also added bacon and it was cut into little bits. I like a smash patty, but this just tastes like the crunchy bits and bread. I found some tastier burgers around Miami. The fries were VERY good to me.

Overcooked burger, took forever to be served. Do not waste your time and money at this place.

20 minute wait for a breakfast burrito. Service is I’m too busy to talk to you. Wasted 20 minutes of my lunch. Asked for the refund. Probably the only easy interaction with this place was getting the refund.
