As far as the depends on the day. The staff are nice for the most part.The hospital is still using covid excuses for visitors. The rules are ridiculous!Only 2 visitors per room. The spouse or a parent should be able to stay at all times! Then two visitors in and out. It is dumb as most of the rooms are big enough. But okay.Today they didn't even allow all of us to go upstairs. 2 could go in the room and the others could have relaxed in the area outside the cafeteria on the 3rs floor.NO wasn't even allowed there. Had to wait downstairs, where there wasn't anywere with a table to sit and read, like the cafeteria has.How to treat people like a paycheck and rude. Oh your worried about your familu member to bad. Sit in front of the hospital like some homeless person.There is no reason the others shouldn't be able to go to the cafeteria, outside area. Just a power trip.UM the doctors are good.The administration? They are still in power trip covid mode. They are patienta as a pay check and do not worry about anything else.The 5 stars for service was for the nurses, the doctors, their market place and cafeteria were the nicest. They tried to be as helpful as possible. UM Hospital is lucky to have others that are amazing.

Horrible place don't eat there sanitation wise tables were dirty trash on the floor .. Tgey should have someone in charge that know what there doing one the employed at the hot line was singing out loud some religious music no t paying attention to detail also found a hair in my Cuban toast .. Never again

Wayyy to expensive!!! 2 boiled eggs and a hash brown patty are 5$!!!! An omelette is 12$!!!! I mean at that point

My nurse was awsome but the cleanliness was Awful, Doctor's went to see me the day after i was admitted. I was admitted in the morning with a heart condition and Doctor's to check up on me the next day when i started batching. I'm giving 3 stars because my nurse was awsome.

that's all I can say ... not to mention super expensive. They don't care if food is burnt or undercooked it definitely needs new management.

My wife has had multiple surgeries and stays this year. The quality of treatment, care and concern offered Dr Komotar, Dr Lamelas, Dr Ivan, Dr Stark, Dr Molinares, Dr Prieto and the nurses and hospital staff was genuine and first rate. They have been a godsend in my wife's courageous battle for survival. I made the drive so often that my navigation system and iPhone automatically listed the drive as "work"...they are more than worth the mileage driven. I trust them with my wife's life!

Seems like they cut their budget. Used to have rotating gourmet food options and now they serve chicken tenders daily. Please bring back the rotating gyros, ramen, Buddha bowls etc.
My wife was in the hospital for 2 days so I had the opportunity to eat here twice. They definitely are trying to upscale the café.The 1st day, I tried the gyro with a side Greek salad, just fair.The next day , I had 2 slices of pizza which was also just ok.

Very good staff on 8th floor Pat was great. and Male nurse in EMERGENCY room forgot his name but family from lithia springs he was THE BEST
