Absolutely love the lounge and the sexy sophisticated vibe. The staff is excellent! We will be back for sure!

My best friend and I went to have a few small plates and drinks. The ambiance was good, a bit louder than the first time I went. We enjoyed the overall experience, the drinks were good and so was the food, but the server abandoned us after we were done with our meals and drinks. We had to get the attention of a food runner and tell him we wanted the check. Everything would have been perfect if we didn't have to wait so long to get the check and leave. It was very busy, and it was prime dinner time, but it shouldn't have taken so long. Overall a good restaurant, just extremely busy.

Service was OK to very good. Bartender made excellent cocktails seemed not to be overly friendly "just tell me what you want and I'll get it for you" type of vibe. Waiter seemed to be in a rush even though the restaurant was not overly crowded. Had either of them been just a tad warmer, I'd give a higher rating. Food was very tasty and well presented.

For fine dining restaurants, Prohibition is an excellent choice. We definitely over-ordered but a dinner for 2 should run around 100-120 including appetizers and desserts. The quality of food is very savory, especially the lobster mac and cheese. Our server Frank was very positive and energetic which we loved.

Fantastic food! We had the small dishes and they are very big. Would recommend the lobster Mac and cheese and croquettes. We sat there chatting all night and no one asked us to leave or order more which was lovely. Saxophone player was really good.

Always a pleasure to dine! This occasion was for my best friend's birthday and it was a perfect experience! The ambiance was great, the service was top tier (Frank is the best), and the food was awesome! Definitely one of my faves!

Not what I expected being that it was a little pricey.Had made reservations for my husband 57 birthday and did it because I expected to be in a table but instead they sat us infront of cook's the host didn't make any effort In checking for better sitting and knowing there was practically 3 tables with people and us two quest .no one came out with a dessert with candle like I asked on my reservation and menu not the same as on Instagram ?

The experience was great!! We had no major complaints although a bit disappointed when the lamb chops and the mash potato were oddly cold when they came out as well as my spouses sweet potato mash for his short ribs. Everything else was great! The drinks are superb as if they were curated especially for prohibition. In a sense they were stronger and had a VERY FRESH taste about them! Great Job! Just bring the food out hot next time

This is a regular spot for my wife and I. Food is always amazing an we sit at the kitchen counter to watch the talented chefs do their thing. Frank was our server and he had great conversation and energy.

Food was cooked to perfection. It may not all come out at the same time but that's not a big deal for me. Love the setting, very appealing to the eyes. Great ambience, there's a live saxophone player which is lovely. Overall, couldn't ask for a better date place or just somewhere to go grab a great meal and some drinks.

What an AWESOME experience! Absolutely incredible ambiance, food was beyond my wildest expectations (Try the Chirizo Croquettas). The Lamb special was perfect size for splitting with my date, and we absolutely loved the roaming saxophonist. Only down side was on Friday and Saturdays parties of two have to sit at the bar instead a more "romantic" table setting. But that was okay Courtney our waitress made up for any initial disappointments. She was awesome. Patient, didn't rush us as she saw we were on a special evening, but always there to refill our water and wine glasses, clearing our used plates, etc. The speakeasy upstairs was not open this evening, but they did allow us to go upstairs and look at the area upstairs. YEP that's what I would have expected a speakeasy to resemble - (okay I'm not old enough to remember speakeasies- so back off!!!) Anyway what a great experience in downtown Miami area - just something enjoyably different from the other wonderful places greater Miami has to offer. Well worth a visit - I'm sure I'll be back!!! Thanks great Staff of Prohibition!!!

Me and my family came here for my mom's birthday. Our waitress was attentive and very pleasant. The ambience was nice and the food was good. The presentation of the food was lovely. The saxophone player was funny but he did a great job. It's an intimate setting so it's better to have a reservation for a guaranteed spot since it has only so much seating. Me and mommy had cheesecake for dessert and it was rich and delicious. I'd recommend it for a date night or special occasion.

Beautiful place great service the only thing was that we got seated at the bar in High chairs when the restaurant was half empty I asked the gentleman that was Sitting us if there was a table available he told me that was with reservation by the time we left the restaurant the tables were still empty the music was great the food was good but the steak had lots of fat Will try again on a Friday

This restaurant is what you would see on a commercial about Miami! It is a boutique restaurant with an intimate ambiance, dark furniture and decor to give a very romantic and sexy vibe. The food was well seasoned, and the service from Dana was delightful. The icing on the cake however was the sax player , he really livened up my night.
