Vacillate (Miami):My friends and I love to try out new places and this bar was perfect for a girls night out! We were excited to try new wine flavors and this place did not disappoint. I loved catching up with my friends here as it was very classy. They even had food which I am thankful for since I got hungry while I was there! I recommend trying their All American Gourmet Slider. Super delicious!

Kudos to Mike, as a Business owner I see details to attention all the time, my wife and I were impressed to see how Mike take care of his business, after seeing a few things that caught my attention, Mike took charge and we love his attitude, this is what business is all about, he came to our table and personally paid attention to our concern, this is our 3rd time here, and it will not be the last, Mike and company are amazing, I wrote a review with 3 stars, but I was wrong, within minutes Mike came to my table and boy he listened, he treat us with respect, never seen an owner doing this before. We as business owner in a similar field, recommend Vacillate 100% fantastic, unique, way to go Mike...love your actitud...Pura Vida..

I love this little wine bar. The charcuterie boards are delicious as well as the different appetizers you can choose from. I love just sitting with a nice bottle of wine and enjoying the time here. There is live music some nights and the mood here is always very nice. The service is great and I would say definitely give this place a try.

Found out about this place because of my neighbor. I went with a friend to try. The place is hidden between Miami Wings and Cano Health. We were the only ones there. We had a charcuterie board. It was good and fresh. A little pricey, but it was enough.
