Quality has gotten significantly worse over time. The food doesn’t taste fresh, flying insects flying over food, rude employees, this use to be my favorite place to get lunch now I don’t even think about walking in. Not sure if management changed or something

I love vale I’ve been eating here for years but what is up with these portions getting smaller? The bowl is half empty :/ Staff also weren’t paying attention to the line of customers because they were busy joking in the kitchen but anyways, seems like the quality has gone down.
Side note I know the marketing agency is going to leave a prompt response like in the other reviews but hopefully someone from management see’s the picture.

These employees never disappoint me with their top tier chicken Caesar wrap I always come over to pick up and also including PB chocolate shake go stupid. Forever love this food co.
First time coming to their actual location. Had them at events before and loved their food. The store itself is very cute and clean. Had one of their bowls with noodles, macaroni & cheese as well as buffalo chicken and turkey meatballs. Also got a chocolate chip cookie and their mango ginger lemonade. So so good! Wish it was a bit closer to where I live, would come more often. Please open a location in Miami Beach :)
