Our waiter Javier was attentive and polite, the food was amazing, we enjoyed chimichurri churrasco and the seafood cazuela and then had the amazing tres leche. We sat outside and it was perfect.

I stayed at the Four Points hotel and didn’t expect much from the restaurant. I had dinner there and actually had an excellent food experience. I ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was very pleased. The salad was well seasoned and the chicken perfectly cooked.As a dessert, I ordered the chocolate cake and it was by far one of the best cake I’ve had in a long time.Highly recommend this restaurant for its good food, reasonable price and low-key vibe (even if you’re aren’t staying in the hotel).

This is the hotel restaurant at the Four Points by Sheraton Coral Gables. They have a full service restaurant and bar. My coworker and I had a couple of drinks here after our work meetings and breakfast the next day. Everyone was friendly and the drinks and food was excellent!

Very good restaurant, good service and staff, this restaurant is located inside Sheraton Hotel, the food is really good with variety of plates and drinks, the staff speak English and Spanish making easy to communicate with almost anybody, they have a valet parking and it's very safe.

Have stayed at The Four Points Sheraton twice - first time, this past Christmas and secondly, In January, 2018. What pleasant surprise Ventanas Restaurant is! My grilled salmon steak with a side of mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus was delicious and cooked to perfection. My Pinot Noir was wonderful, too. The staff is OVER THE TOP in friendliness.. Isabel and Miguel Angel are the best servers. With a huge smile on their face and sweetness they take your order and make your dinner or breakfast (in my case) a great experience. Even when the kitchen was almost closing, they welcomed by friend to join in for breakfast. As a past resident of Coral Gables for almost 40 years, I feel very lucky to have found The Four Points Sheraton , in Coral Gables.... So new, cozy , quiet and clean! Perfect for me for my frequent travels from Manhattan (now my home). Planning on staying and enjoying Ventanas Restaurant in the future, too...especially for the yummy breakfast! Vivian NYC

This was probably my worst experience dining at a restaurant. When I got there with my friend, there was no one at the restaurant so it was completely empty. The waiter had attitude and was not welcoming at all. They brought my food 10 min sooner than my friend. When asked for a "well done" burger he brought us something that was less than rare cooked and all red inside. We had to return them so they can cook more. When asked for drink menu he said there is no drink menu and had a bad attitude that we didn't get any drink there. Anyway this was an awful experience for me and my friend.

Ventanas always deliver great food and luckily I was just in time for happy hour and my waiter helped me pick an excellent drink pairing has a beautiful inside and stop by the pool before or after your dinner although this is the second time they over cooked my burger still good food

This little fine dining gem nestled on the upper mezzanine of a "business hotel" is amazing. The entire hotel ambiance is Vintage Miami. Ventanas offers a premium dining experience and a budget that won't break the bank. This is perfect for casual business dining, impressing visiting clients or taking your date out to the ever-changing landscape of Miami Food and Wine Scene. Don't pass this little gem up!!!

I travel almost once a week for work. Needless to say, I'm used to hotel life and I'm used to hotel food. Basically, sub par food and expensive prices. I chose to stay for two weeks at the Four Points by Sheraton in Coral Gables based on proximity for a job--and this marks the first hotel/restaurant review yet. Food is spectacular. Freshest salmon and a beautiful quinoa dish made to perfection by Chef Jose (who we personally got to meet several times during our stay. This man cares about is cuisine, he's inventive, and he's overall lovely). I have another three days here and I plan on eating here daily. Fresh and delicious. What a surprise.
