The concierge was so friendly. She made my babies a pretend cuban coffee. It was precious!We sat by the pool and lounged all day. The courtyard is truly beautiful. The day was absolutely delightful.

You can hear every single thing in this building.. from children screaming in the hall, to someone dropping something and having conversations next door. The walls are so thin. It’s terrible. I will never live here again. Roaches in the hallway and in units. Terrible

Overall great location, but the management is terrible. The rules are absurd & there is not much freedom when you have management like this regulating every single thing you do.Using pool at night, etc
The administration has been very kind and diligent with our process, Vilma especially 10/10 a very cordial person and attentive to all questions and details, the building looks super clean and the location is perfect!!! You can do everything walking! ???

Ideal location and great neighbors, but the management is terrible. Impose rules that don’t exist and make residents life a hell. Definitely need change of management.
