The standard for Cuban restaurants in Miami. No reservations and self parking. We went on a Saturday night and the list moved along nicely. Maybe, a 20 minute wait in the patio. There's a tiki bar outside, thank God.

Service is bad, the waiter didn’t check up on us once during the whole meal. Even had to get up and bring my cup with me to waiter for water after waiting 15+ minutes without refill.
Tall jacked guy who brings out the food spoke to us in Spanish, and after we didn’t understand, he switched to English with an annoyed/irritated and debatebly disgusted tone and look on his face afterwards.
The restaurant appeared to be divided into separate rooms, and the seating felt clearly segregated. One section was roughly 80% Asian guests, while other areas had virtually none.

One of the best restaurants in Miami, good quality food, good customer service, good management, acceptable prices. Variety of Cuban foods and deserts. The most impressing point I think is the management, very busy restauran especially in the weekends, but they still maintain the service in a good level. And providing jobs for the local community. Very impressive. Don't forget mojito bar in the backyard!
Excellent Food & Service! 10/10

The first time I tried this place I really liked their food, it was fresh good portions and it all hit the spot however, their service was beyond bad so I decided to give them a second try and same thing, food was good but service was so bad that we started laughing. That would be my only concern with this place.

Overpriced. Service was mediocre at best rather than seamless, until we spoke to the manager then it improved. Meals were delivered but had to wait for utensils, plates and napkins. Charge for every tiny container of sauce and sauce options were limited. Fries portions were tiny. All in all a 3 out of 5 cigar rating. La catera is a much better pick.

Waiting outside was fun. There was a bar with some Cuban music being played. The food was good, but I’ve had better examples of the dishes elsewhere. I would have liked the Picadillo a little more savory. The Cuban sandwich was tasty. Service and prices were excellent. I also liked my cafe con Leche

Super busy, but for a good reason. The food is fantastic. One of the better Cuban sandwiches I've had, and the picadillo enpanada and yucca fries were spot on. Friendly and attentive staff added to the enjoyable experience. Don't forget to grab a café Cubano and a pastry at the outside counter on the way out

Over the years their food became one of the worst ever, poor elaboration, and tastes, especially take out food, they drop the worst in the box like the last time I ordered a chicken soup for an ill person, super salty, not a single piece of chicken and tons of noodles. A chicken breast steak with skin on?
Seriously?
And 95% of the time take out orders have errors or missing items, tastes horrible, salty, cold, saggy, burn, tasteless are a daily part of their food.
