Three stars cause I love the food here but today - today was unacceptable. I called to order to go and first, because my Spanish is broken, they hung up on me. I called two more times, and they told me to order online. So I did. I come in after getting a text that my stuff that I already paid for is ready. Im on a time crunch which is why I ordered ahead. I get here and NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT MY ORDER. So now, im 20 MINUTES late to a job Im trying to get to. No apology, no making up for it, nor even moving faster. Just too bad you have to wait. Enjoy the food but be prepared for the service.
You need to fix your coffee machine -
Or properly train your staff on how to use it
That is not Cuban coffee or cafecito-
First of all
It does not come out hot- at all
It is way to watery
And absolutely no foam
If It was hot it would be drinkable
And it wasn’t just today it’s been the same the last 3 weeks
Right in trash it went
It taste terrible -

I normally don't take the time to leave a review but I believe this time it's really necessary so that the owners are well aware. I definitely won't be back! On 8/17, I ordered a Cafe con Leche made of evaporated milk, regular amount of coffee and extra sugar plus a cuban toast. The amount of coffee was overly exagerrated so I asked if they can correct it. The older lady with glasses took my cup and dumped out some and added more milk. I believe she just poured regular milk although I did remind her I ordered it of evaporated milk. When I went back to my table the milk STILL had too much coffee and the milk was definitely not evaporated this time around so she clearly just poured regular milk. The sugar was amount was low. The butter on the toast was sporadically applied. I'm not the one who likes to complain especially if I had already mentioned about correcting my coffee once. There's no excuse for the lack of butter spread on the toast. Your employees need to care and listen carefully when taking an order.

Always great spot for cafecito, breakfast, and pastries. Mari is always great. Very friendly staff and environment.
Coffee wasn’t great
Person in charge has a very bad attitude. Apparently she is the owner
Not good I bought a Cuban bread it was cold and it felt old.
Mind you I make my groceries in Publix and went there specifically to buy a nice fresh Cuban bread wow! I should have bought it in Publix 👎🏻
Just ordered pastelitos fir Thanksgiving brunch. The person that helped me was very nice and explained how the packages work.

Excellent service, excellent food, comfortable cleanliness
Cafe is good. The baked empanadas are kinda stale, like they sit out way to long. The fried empanada is good. Woman at the register was polite.
