Three stars cause I love the food here but today - today was unacceptable. I called to order to go and first, because my Spanish is broken, they hung up on me. I called two more times, and they told me to order online. So I did. I come in after getting a text that my stuff that I already paid for is ready. Im on a time crunch which is why I ordered ahead. I get here and NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT MY ORDER. So now, im 20 MINUTES late to a job Im trying to get to. No apology, no making...
Food was ok. Service was ok. The worst thing was that there was a fly inside where the pastries were. NOT GOOD!

Food was decent but the staff was rude. I was the only person in the store just looking at the menu and pastries. I explained I'd never been before and would need a minute to order and shortly after the woman at the counter angrily asked if I planned on ordering anything. Her attitude ended up costing them money because I decided against getting any pastries and only a sandwich instead.
