They really have too much staff to serve and each one gives the worst customer service in addition to how rude and disrespectful they are... I love everything about that place but I will not return, and all the customers who were present said the same thing.

This Shopping Center is very complete. There is Dry Cleaning, shoe repair, jewelry Stores of all kinds and places to eat, furniture, Dollar store, Nail Supply, hair salon, manicure places. Ross, a large supermarket..Aldy...Burger King, Party City. and many other places that I don't remember now. It is really worth visiting this shopping in one place you have everything.

Ordered via Ubereats. CAO Coral Way is not accepting orders from Uber; thus, they send Uber orders to their West Flagler location making this a late delivery since delivery was east of the Palmetto. Instead of diverting the orders to the closest store, which In this case is Coral Gables, it seems orders are immediately sent to West Flagler. Anyhow, I ordered a large cafe con leche and received a small one; in addition, I ordered a donut and received an eclair. Total disaster! Disappointing to say the least.
Ordered via uber eats. All the food was cold. Did not receive my orange juice. Received the wrong empanada. Pastelitos were not fresh and had a rancid taste. Definitely not ordering again.

So I went to the bakery today and they gave me pasta With no meat in it and I called the owner and she hung up on my face and told me that she doesn't care.I tried to solve the problem, but like cordially.But they're very rude and unprofessional.Remember who you're dealing with

Every time I go to eat, the shouting from the people who serve is horrible. Gossip and a vulgarity of a lady with red hair, it is impossible to think that you are in the United States. It is awful. We can be of any nationality but at work our behavior must be different, as is appropriate to serve a client in the United States of America. Here you pay service. They shout to each other what they did last night or what they are going to do, watching videos at maximum volume. It seems perfect to me that they want to do it but at least at a lower volume, without the clients finding out. The food is exquisite and it could be better if the customer service doesn't scare away those of us who consume in the business with that attitude.

Bad attention. I was in this place 2 minutes ago and there was only one person in front of me, I waited for 10 minutes and they never attended to me. Both clerks ignored that I was standing there waiting to order since they were very busy gossiping with a Metro PC worker . What a shame that the attention is so bad... I'm sorry but they don't deserve my money.
