Today we ordered breakfast the Cuban bread was no grilled,I was cooked on the microwaved ,so we ordered two grilled croissants, it was no grilled it was microwaved, it was chewy ,it’s a shame.I have been working 20years restaurant I hope you take part on this matter for the benefits of the both parties good

Don't come here for Cuban coffee. They put filter coffee with unsteamed milk in a small cup and call it a cortadito. Completely off from the original espresso-based cortadito.

I love having breakfast there on the weekends, the homemade ham croquettes are delicious, the coffee with milk is spectacular, everything is delicious and the treatment of the girls is not to be said ?????????? ??

My husband and I, where the only ones in line. One girl is filling up order for pick up,the other one was trying to refill,and the other one was helping a man.when she finished with him,instead of taking care if us, went to refill q box and to make coffee, totally ignored by her. The girl who was refilling stopped what she was doing to attend to us. Its 830 am,noone was there explain why we had to wait 15 minutes to be taken care .

Ordered and uber eats order of the ham and cheese bread. When I took a bite something tasted off. When I opened the mini sandwich there was moldy ham inside. I am simply horrified.

This bakery is not far from excellent. The food is amazing but the service can be better. In my honest opinion, the girls behind the counter can do less talking and more work to make the experience better. I will definitely be back.

The chocolate cake was so dry and too sweet. The croquetas tasted sweet no flavor at all. The borachitas were dense. My daughter said the bocaditos were “gross” and she eats anything! We spent almost $50 it is definitely not worth it at all.

This has to be one of my favorite CAO locations...Ambiance - Ample and impeccably clean. Service - Always courteous, efficient, friendly and professional. Food - Pastries are always fresh tasting, savory and with ample stuffing in them. Breakfasts are plentiful but not really shareable. The sweet pastries are a good size and sweet-tooth worthy and delicious..! Worth stopping by if in the area...!

Customer service no attention what's so ever. Asked if I can switch a soda for a Coffe was forced to buy the Coffe separate. My Cuban toast was straight out of the refrigerator not only was it cold but they claimed it was toasted, not true what's so ever. Too over priced for the quality of the food. Do not recommend. I am born and raised in Miami such a shame things have changed.
