I love this spot. I’ve been coming here for years for pastries and sweets. They have the best Pastelito de carne I’ve tasted and their Croquetas Caseras are so creamy and flavorful. They’re always well stocked with their pastries and the staff is so friendly. They don’t forget a face. They truly make you feel welcome. Now I’m even happier that they just launched some Cuban Plates that are perfect for lunch time (although you’ll definitely have left overs) or to pick up for dinner since they close at 6 pm on the weekdays. The price is unbelievable. Proteins like Churrasco, Palomilla Steak and chicken with black beans and rice, and choice of fried plantains, tostones or fries from $11 to 14. Where can you get a deal like that? I know I’ll be stopping here even more now to stock up on deliciousness!

Met friends I haven't seen in too long! We had a great time. The menu is global, so everyone had something different and all enjoyed their meal. The beer was cold, and the wait staff was attentive without being "THERE." All in, we had a great time, and the next time we all can meet up, CAO Bakery & Cafe will be brought up for a return visit.

For the second time I placed an order and always something is missing. I sent my friend to pick up the order to surprise my husband on our anniversary for his favorites delights. His cafe con leche someone else must be enjoying it. I tried calling but phone just rings and it disconnects.

Since I entered the establishment I waited more than 20 minutes to be served even when the girl was in front of me. He didn't have the courtesy to tell me that he was taking care of me at one point or anything like that. He went in and out of the kitchen as if I wasn't there. I give this place one star only because it won't let me leave it empty. Terrible customer service.
