Chicken sandwich was a good size but the chicken was overcooked, it was way too hard to chew and took like 10 minutes to come out. Service wasn't bad, but the tables were a little dirty. I also ordered a red velvet cookie which was HARD AS A ROCK! I would come back to try their breakfast but not lunch.

I never receive my order online confirming when was ready for pick up, no confirmation received in my email no confirmation in my text messages, an hour after I call them for cancellation, and the manager in a rude manner refuse to cancel my order online.

"Be careful with this place; the prices shown on the stickers are not the real prices. When we asked about the difference, they said, 'We don’t know why the stickers aren't changed.'" ???

If you crave cold pastelitos anytime of the day and frozen papa rellenas (after asking them if they could pls get you freshly made papa rellenas) with a side of nasty hurry up I don't have time for you attitude - this is the place is for you. Imagine cold pastelitos on a Saturday 10ish am!?!? The worst of the worst. Zero stars if it was an option. Here was our order: Zero starts ::: 4 papa rellenas - requested fresh ones - when we got home to give to our workers they were frozen Zero starts ::: small order of party croquetas they were cold Zero stars::: pastelitos de carne, cold - de queso cold and stale. Zero stars ::: tostadas - butter less No drinks OVER $43.00 I don't care the cost I just want good food and I settle for mediocre service after all - it's a bakery.

I was there on a Thursday at 7:30 am; the croquettes ham and bacalao, mouth were cold and tasted old, like from the previous day; the menesier tasted old and no taste. When I requested coffee I was told it had to be a large because that is what they were making, whatever that means; when my daughter asked for iced coffee, they said there was no ice. This is the first and last time I will be going there; for sure won't be recommending that place. I m giving 1 star couse I can't give a zero

What was Cao bakery is now nothing left, the lousy Cuban bread, the one from Sedanos is now better than yours when they arrived in the era of desmallao de Cuba, the croquettes are also no longer of quality, the cakes made in a warehouse and brought to the store please where were you???

Staff was great, even with a line they were pros. Taking orders and smiling and moat of all attend each customer with dignity. First time eating breakfast at this location, and it was great.

From my online experience, they've been on point and on time. the only con I would say about them is their colada. It's way too small and too pricey compared to other bakeries. Seeing all these negative reviews made me curious to go visit them in person. So, my husband went to get my usual order that I normally place with Uber to see if it's true what many say. Turns out, the reviews speak truthfully. Very poor customer service. Giving them 3 stars for at least getting my online order right. Such a shame, really.

Quality Cuban bakery with everything you'd expect from a Cuban bakery. Plenty of employees to handle the weekend rush and they are always polite and attentive. They always offer to make something if what you want is sold out which is rare, not a lot of bakeries do that. The pastelitos de carne are my favorite because they have the perfect blend of sweet glaze and well seasoned beef. It's a solid spot for anyone living in West Kendall.

Moved back into the neighborhood and decided to give cao a try, actually three 3 times. Every single time it was disappointing and over priced. The ladies on the counter are very nice but don't care if your food is hot or cold. Every single time I got home 2 miles away, the croquetas ice cold. Pastelitos cold tostada was fine. I also order a croissant with ham cheese but all 3 visits they didn't leave it on the press long enough. I told them about it and they didn't care. In a nut shell I spent about $30 on cold breakfast. First 2 times where acceptable but this last time food was so bad that it all went in the trash. Not until management changes I do not recommend this bakery.
