Night manager is terrible. Learn how to delegate and compartmentalize. Uber eats deliveries and delivery partners should be a priority.

. I accepted an order and went to pick it up, but after waiting for 20 minutes, I was finally told they didn’t have the ingredients to complete one of the items in the order. This should’ve been communicated upfront, rather than making me wait around for so long.
As an Uber Eats driver, time is money, and situations like this hurt my ratings and earnings. After the delay, I simply asked for a small item like a cookie to make up for the lost time, but the staff refused and wouldn’t offer any form of compensation. I was told, “you’re not the customer,” and dismissed.
It’s really frustrating when a restaurant accepts an order without ensuring they have the ingredients available. It would have been a nice gesture if they had at least offered something small for the inconvenience. Drivers rely on efficient service, and this situation only caused unnecessary delays.
Please ensure you have the ingredients ready before accepting orders to avoid inconveniencing both drivers and customers.

Love the fact they are open 24 hours. Stopped in for a quick bite had the tuna and cuban bread, tuna was ok, bread was a bit flakey but then again it was past 10pm. Service was quick. Great for a quick bite.

I just bought some things in Cao because it is one of my favorite places and I got the worst impression. I ordered a media noche, some tequeños, a croquette and an empanada. Everything was cold, the bread untoasted, the tequeños, the croquettes, and the empanada cold. I don't understand, I hope you don't lose the quality that characterizes them and that this was just a bad coincidence.

The Cuban sandwich was horrible, and the bread with Steak was the same. Superinflated prices and zero quality.

Great service amazing staff they are always cleaning. I’ve been going here for a little under a year driving around my mobile business. I’m constantly out and about late nights and every time I go there, they are maintaining it. I have yet to have a poor experience.
Parking: It’s a super chill spot right on Coral Way pull up. Get what you want. You can sit down and eat or you can get it to go. The best part is lately. I’ve been placing my orders online and picking up on my way home.
Kid-friendliness: I don’t know about other kids, but I know my daughter loves this place
Wheelchair accessibility: Location has several ramps also has double door accessible entrance

It pains me to write this review. I used to stop at 7am (preCovid) and was always served with the warmest smiles, fast service, just nice chit-chat from the counter servers. I've started to visit this same location in the last 8 weeks and the interactions with the staff has been unprofeesional, they just plain don't care. The Cuban toast I order is fine. It's the amount of waiting when there is just one customer ahead of me and 3-5 counter service people more interested in gossiping. Last week was my last time. Employee placed HER toast (hey, we all deserve breaks) and mine at the same time. Proceeds to remove her toast and leaves the presser open. As my toast is not getting heated and getting colder, I politely asked the coffee lady (they all have assigned roles) to please give me my toast. CAO Bakery you have been a part of many celebrations for my family and workplace, but the consistent bad service I get at this CAO has turned me off. And so sadly I say goodbye. Please let your employees know THEIR ATTITUDE can cost you your customers, profits and eventually their jobs. I'm not mad: just sad and dissapointed.
