Your establishment has gone down in service. I went there Saturday night. Your two workers were more worried about getting everything cleaned up than the customer. I ordered a breakfast club and one of the girls said they ran out of whip cream and served it to me without it. I asked so then what? They said we just debe it like this. I said ok but it’s unacceptable. Your place has changed and the menu has changed too. What happened to the ET ??

Thank you for offering a vegan option! The cafe sin leche with oreos was incredible. This place was so cool and it seemed like the employees were having a lot of fun. Overall a great place I can't wait to return to!

I went to the place because of the stars it had but I really didn't find anything spectacular, I ended up with a regular milkshake that I didn't finish either.fui al lugar por las estrellas que tenia pero de verdad que no encontre nada de espectacular, termine con un milkshake regular que tampoco me lo termine.

The flavor is amazing but 13$ for a small cup was not great. Overall, never saw anyone have the big shakes as seen on all the Google images. I feel a little catfished.

I was craving a float and found this place on google, drove across town only to be disappointed. The menu on google is not the actual menu. The actual menu is 3 milkshakes and plain ice cream scoops. There is no floats, no crazy milkshakes, and on top of that it’s very much overpriced. My milkshake was $10 and it was the size of a small milkshake at McDonald’s. I will give credit however to the design and theme of the store being a classic 80s home. There is a cool setup for pictures and a Galaga game you can play. Besides that it pretty much was a disappointment considering what’s advertised and what’s on google is completely false.

To be clear - this is NOT a milk shake bar. After checking out their menu online using their website, we drove across town, paid to park, and walked to the shop….only to discover that this place does NOT sell speciality milk shakes. Total disappointment and they need to reimburse for my parking and update their website and social media marketing. Waste of time and money. Don’t go.

Sorely disappointed. Came here went it opened and the desserts were amazing. Now it’s just ice cream -limited flavors at that and milkshakes. Waffle cone soggy and dark chocolate was just plain chocolate. Don’t bother stopping by you will be disappointed.

Well, checked the Google which said open at 1pm. Showed up and the door was locked. Hours on the door agreed but had a later opening on other days so we decided to window shop until 3. Came back, still closed. Asked at the burger shop and were told now opening at 5pm because it has been slow. I don't have a problem with that but at least tape a sign to the door. Not pleased to have wasted an entire afternoon on a special trip up to coconut Grove and got nothing I came for. If the ice cream hadn't been good the time before I would probably find a new spot.

Delicious product (vegan ice cream) but very poor customer service from a young lady. Had an unnecessary attitude nor greeted us after we entered. Whoever makes the ice cream does a wonderful job but more professional and welcoming service at the front door makes for better maintained clients in the future.

Best shakes in the Grove also attached to my favorite burger spot!

Unforgettable! Nostalgia and sugar rush combined!

Disappointed, threw the ice cream away. The staff member was nice. Huge lack of connectivity. Nostalgia mixed with CBD retail.

I highly recommend this place. Great customer service and the overall atmosphere of the place really makes you feel as if you are in the 80s. Loved it, would definitely come back again. Only bad thing is paying $16 for a milkshake but it was worth it.
