We had a few hours before our flight and had no idea where to go. We were told about the 7th floor of the Miami International Airport Hotel 7th floor. As soon as we entered the door Denise greeted us. Told us to take our time and relax. We order the pepperoni flatbread and some beer. Not bad at all but what made this trip memorable was Denise. she was kind, funny, patient, and checked on us until her swift was over. She is definitely a pure light. And made our long wait so comfortable.
Denise was so welcoming and her customer service was top tier the minute I walked in the door !!! Thank you again Denise !!
A waiter called Jean Pierre was very rude to me. I let him know that I was going to order and wanted to sit next to the window since no one was there. He shook his head and said no and told me that I cannot just order one thing. I thought this was a restaurant? I told him I will just be ordering one meal and he shook his head, yelled at me, then walked away without saying anything. I was in disbelief and couldn’t believe that he refused service when I told him I was only ordering one thing. He proceeded to walk away and was friendly with the customers he was previously serving so I just had to walk out. I felt targeted for absolutely no reason.
The waiter Jean or whatever his name was could not have been more rude. What a waste of time and terrible food. Subway is open 24/7.
Had the best churasco flank steak dinner expertly served by Christina who was a delight!! Very good food for an airport-hotel restaurant!
terrible service nobody ever working here they should just shut down and save everyone the hassle of trying to eat here
One of the worst meals I have had in a while. Service was very slow due to being understaffed. Avoid if possible.

What is it about airport restaurants that there’s no sense of urgency. It was between this and Air Margaritaville. It smells like a cafeteria. At least you can watch airplanes while you wait. We waited more than an hour for an over-dressed side salad and two chicken sandwiches. So the sandwiches were pretty good? But during the long wait, nobody even checked in. Next time I’d do a Starbucks sandwich.

With such a prime restaurant spot and the “farm to table” advertising, we did not expect the McDonalds quality we received. However, if we could overlook the wait, absolutely freezing temperature, and barely passable food, the one thing we could not overlook is the rude staff. Unbelievable that people could be in the hospitality industry more than a day with these attitudes. We tried to be extra nice and polite in order to keep the general mood up, but when they insulted a young family at a table next to us I felt obligated to warn others. Stay away!! Eat at Margaritaville!!

I got to the restaurant at 12:10pm and the waitress told me that it would open at 13:00. Around 13:00 she told me that the person to open didnt come yet, that it would open at 14:15. I left at 14:10 when she told me that it would open only at 15:00. It was really not nice!

It was a terrible experience, 2 hours waiting because the cook didn’t arrive in the restaurant during the opening hours. The waiter informed he would arrive after 2 hours, we waited and they said 1 more hour after that…

If you go for lunch and get Edgar, you will never have an empty glass. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about the food.

Here is a thought, if you don't currently offer room service at the same hotel you are attached to that is fine. Then state that on your website and take the phone number down so not to confuse guest. When the customer ask a question about it don't cop an attitude like Carlos at the bar did.
This is a 5-Star restaurant in an airport! Exquisite fine-dining in a beautiful upscale setting with panoramic view of the Miami skyline. My mahi-mahi was perfectly grilled and artistically presented with a variety of roasted vegetables. Delicious! Our waitress Denise attended to our every request, AND she anticipated what we would like and served extra drinks and condiments with her warm, friendly personality. What a perfect way to relax and enjoy yourself before or after a long, stressful flight!
