One of the worst meals I have had in a while. Service was very slow due to being understaffed. Avoid if possible.

What is it about airport restaurants that there’s no sense of urgency. It was between this and Air Margaritaville. It smells like a cafeteria. At least you can watch airplanes while you wait. We waited more than an hour for an over-dressed side salad and two chicken sandwiches. So the sandwiches were pretty good? But during the long wait, nobody even checked in. Next time I’d do a Starbucks sandwich.

With such a prime restaurant spot and the “farm to table” advertising, we did not expect the McDonalds quality we received. However, if we could overlook the wait, absolutely freezing temperature, and barely passable food, the one thing we could not overlook is the rude staff. Unbelievable that people could be in the hospitality industry more than a day with these attitudes. We tried to be extra nice and polite in order to keep the general mood up, but when they insulted a young family at a table next to us I felt obligated to warn others. Stay away!! Eat at Margaritaville!!

I got to the restaurant at 12:10pm and the waitress told me that it would open at 13:00. Around 13:00 she told me that the person to open didnt come yet, that it would open at 14:15. I left at 14:10 when she told me that it would open only at 15:00. It was really not nice!

It was a terrible experience, 2 hours waiting because the cook didn’t arrive in the restaurant during the opening hours. The waiter informed he would arrive after 2 hours, we waited and they said 1 more hour after that…

If you go for lunch and get Edgar, you will never have an empty glass. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about the food.

Here is a thought, if you don't currently offer room service at the same hotel you are attached to that is fine. Then state that on your website and take the phone number down so not to confuse guest. When the customer ask a question about it don't cop an attitude like Carlos at the bar did.

This is a 5-Star restaurant in an airport! Exquisite fine-dining in a beautiful upscale setting with panoramic view of the Miami skyline. My mahi-mahi was perfectly grilled and artistically presented with a variety of roasted vegetables. Delicious! Our waitress Denise attended to our every request, AND she anticipated what we would like and served extra drinks and condiments with her warm, friendly personality. What a perfect way to relax and enjoy yourself before or after a long, stressful flight!

We sat for 20 minutes before the Unpleasant Waiter brought us a Menu and Greeted us.We sat 30 minutes waiting for them to Open and was told; You can't Sit in here unless you Order Food.We ordered a beer Each and told the Waiter; We wanted a Beer First, then would I would Order to Eat.I asked Twice for a Menu and He Ignored me.We decided to Pay for our Beers and Go Down to Margaritaville instead to have my Meal..What an Uncomfortable Feeling and we Felt Looked Down upon. That Waiter was the Worst I have Ever Experienced...

On Friday the 23rd in the morning I was at the restaurant and I would like to emphasize that the service was great and the food spectacular. I would like to thank Chef Rene, he helped me a lot to choose the best option since I was a little undecided and he even helped me and my husband get to our flight check-in faster. Thank you very much Rene, we are very grateful.

Very good food and convenient dining at MIA. Located on the 7th floor, far away from the crowd and airport craziness. We ordered guacamole with chips for appetizers, cheeseburger, caesar salad with grilled chicken and a filet. Food was fresh and delicious, a bit expensive (normal for airport) , thats why I gave 4 stars. Great option for airport.

We had great service from Jean Pierre and great food here tonight. We split a HUGE delicious spinach salad, then had chicken parm and lasagna, both were yummy!

THE best VIP experience at MIA!! Come on up to the 7th floor of the hotel for comfy chairs, phenomenal coffee and have Carlos make you one of the best old fashioned cocktails I've EVER had. Also a GREAT views of the tarmac and entire airport!! The Manager (John) is a great guy too! He recommended that we come up here when he heard we would be here a while & I'm so glad he did. :) I'll be back here next time I'm @ MIA - count on it!!
