We had a few hours before our flight and had no idea where to go. We were told about the 7th floor of the Miami International Airport Hotel 7th floor. As soon as we entered the door Denise greeted us. Told us to take our time and relax. We order the pepperoni flatbread and some beer. Not bad at all but what made this trip memorable was Denise. she was kind, funny, patient, and checked on us until her swift was over. She is definitely a pure light. And made our long wait so comfortable.

This is a 5-Star restaurant in an airport! Exquisite fine-dining in a beautiful upscale setting with panoramic view of the Miami skyline. My mahi-mahi was perfectly grilled and artistically presented with a variety of roasted vegetables. Delicious! On Friday the 23rd in the morning I was at the restaurant and I would like to emphasize that the service was great and the food spectacular. I would like to thank Chef Rene, he helped me a lot to choose the best option since I was a little undecided and he even helped me and my husband get to our flight check-in faster.
