Turkey plaza on the Florida Turnpike. Order a number of items and some garlic rolls. Good garlic rolls but...small!! Large egg size. And for the price, not worth it. Spaghetti? Wanted large and certainly didn't seem large unless it's just one size. Meatballs were actually hard. Few days later at Ventura Mall...Ventura Florida...seen the same restaurant....garlic rolls were almost 2.5 times the size as at the turnpike location! And the spaghetti... no obfuscation folks.....almost twice as much vs the turnpike location.... and the meatballs were not hard. Not stopping at the turnpike location for this place again. Spent....not exaggerating folks...spent some $85.00 at the turnpike location; waste of money. Should have eaten at another place their.

Grabbed a slice of cheesecake, and even tho it was in the chilled tray, it was room temperature at best. The crust was a soggy mess from too much condensation inside from them not keeping it appropriately refrigerated, and under the bright red food coloring, the strawberries were gray and limp. I wasn't expecting much from an airport food court pizza shop, but this somehow managed to still disappoint.

The pizza wasn’t actually that bad, but the help at the counter was atrocious. Stood waiting for one of the five people behind the counter to stop talking to each other and acknowledge me long enough to take my order. When they finally did, it was like I was bothering them. Should have just walked away, especially once I saw the price (which wasn’t posted anyplace). What a trap.

I always thought Sbarro was bad until I tried this place. The attitude of the people is just horrendous. They should get a job where they can feel happier. The food was nasty and there were fruit flies. Paying almost $36 for this hurts. I do not recommend.

I'm not exactly sure if the counter I bought from also belongs to Villa Italian a Kitchen or they've sublet half of the store to another company. But I am writing in reference to the counter opposite from where pizza is sold. The food that was available was all stored prepacked in the fridge next to the counter at airport exorbitant prices for subpar food and quality.Customer service was average to below average with what seemed like passive aggressive service. One moment there were smiles, and what felt like friendliness, and the next glares were received. It happened to the customer before me and then to me.The atmosphere of the place wasn't very comfortable or clean. The minimum was done to keep the place welcoming and clean.

Unfortunately I ordered looking at the food photos of the place instead of the reviews. The spaghetti with meatballs I ordered was super bland.

Truly the worst pizza I’ve ever tried in my life.Uncooked toppings, cardboard dough, zero sauce.
