Service and ambience excellent! We took our baby with us for dinner and they waiters were the best with service and very friendly with the baby. Service outstanding 100/10. Ambience the best too! 10/10 Food was good. It could be better.

The restaurant is beautiful and vibrant. Was a bit too loud for my taste but it was Friday night and almost to be expected. The food and the service were wonderful. Very timely serving the meal. All the appetizers ordered were exceptional. The manager was very friendly and involved with the meal which made it feel even more special. Would definitely go back!
Sofia was exceptional!! The food was amazing, the ambience was lovely, and the staff were all spot on. Grace was our server and she was the best! She was helpful in picking out some appetizers and entrees for the table. She recommended the octopus and the carpaccio (both were delicious). I'll definitely be returning!
I've been to many upscale restaurants here in Miami, and Sofia truly surpassed my expectations. Not only was it a beautiful environment and spectacular selection of quality food, but what stood out to me above all was the fantastic service. We were taken care of by our waiter Carlo and Floor manager Mario. Carlo from the jump was so delightful and charismatic and Mario was very attentive to me and my girls. Would definitely recommend and I will be returning!
The cacio e Pepe was too salty, and the pasta did not taste fresh. The place looks beautiful outside but inside the design is an eclectic mix of things that do not go well together. Overall is one of those typical miami places that is trying too hard to be cool and it's just an ok food with an overpriced menu. Not worth it, if you're looking for great caccio e Pepe and pasta in general go to Sapore di mare in coconut grove or Palat.

Our server was Alexander who was great with fun sense humor. The pepe pasta was delicious along with carpaccio appetizer. The spicy rigatoni was just ok. The manager was very accommodating with outside table and getting us pillows for our back.

Outstanding service from the moment we walked in. The waitresses all helped each other if ours wasn't around. Two managers also chimed in to assist with our multiple demands ;) Food was also very good and fresh as can be.

The food is consistently good and the branzino is grilled to perfection. The Tonno is always a nice way to start and the winter salad which I had never tried was excellent and very light. Highly recommend this spot.

Way overpriced (nearly $30 for cacio e pepe), but the food was excellent. And considering this place in the shadow of stores like Dior and Chanel, it's to be expected. Good for a splurge or special occasion. Would go back.

The food was good and the service was very good and the Martinis were excellent
The pasta is excellent. We have been there a few times. The reason I gave the food value a fair star is because we ordered the seafood tower for 2 at $140. The menu said it has stone crab, oysters, and etc. When the plate came, it had 6 oysters, 4 shrimps, a few pieces of tuna and a few pieces of lobster. We asked the server where is the stone crab, he said we are out of stock. If we were told upfront, we will not order it. We felt uncomfortable with this situation however we remained happy and polite. Because of that reason, we will go not go back to Sofia.
I showed up and didn't get attended for 30 minutes and I've eaten here one other time, and I know my orders because it's the same in every place that has pasta, and it's anything with Alfredo sauce, this time the waiter gets to me and says there isn't any, and walked away and didn't come back for another 30 minutes, then a different waiter walks by with fettuccine Alfredo, so I went and asked him, and of course he said they had it, so then I went to lady that led us to our table and brought this all to her, just for her to go and ask the first dude and get the same answer of, no there is no Alfredo sauce, very poor service from a restaurant in this location.

After waiting a hour from appetizers to entrees the pasta was cold. I did eat here another time and food and service was on point. Maybe because it was only a few tables and weren't busy.

It was terrible first time a i write a negative review on Yelp and open table. Aside from waiting 45 min for our appetizer salad, my mother's food was cold when it arrived 90 minutes later. A lunch that should have taken an hour tops was three hours, food was terrible, service was even worse. they offered us a free dessert that would be out in 10 min - 35 min later, no dessert and we left. Truly a terrible place.
