I first came to this restaurant in my neighborhood and my first impression was that it was a rather expensive lunch. What an idiot I was because frankly, it is perfectly priced for the supreme quality here.
This place is beyond superb. The food is so fresh and so flavorful that it pops awe in your mouth. Sadly, now I'm addicted to the Wasabi Bowl (with soba noodles and multigrains for the base) and have been ordering it for takeout with too much frequency. I love everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the tranquility of the restaurant, but it's the incredible food that truly shines.
I could not find a single flaw with this place other than, in an abundance of caution, they wrap their sauces in little plastic containers with tight-fitting lids in MORE plastic wrap to prevent leakage during takeout/delivery. I don't know why but it bugs me.
And if that's this restaurant's biggest flaw, you need to experience it for yourself. It is GREAT! ❤️

Their sake selection may be small, but the one they picked for us was just my style—light and refreshing. And don't get me started on the food! As a huge fan of Otoro, I may have indulged a bit too much, but hey, no regrets! Totally recommending this place!
