I walked in without a reservation. Almost need to leave but the staff offered me a seat if I could finish my dinner within one hour. I stayed. I ordered a raw fish bowl (could not remember the name). I liked it and the black sesame panna cotta is also very delicious.

Wow to say the least. I’ve kept my boat at the marina down the street for 5 years and never knew this diamond in the rough existed. Left there so impressed. Highly recommend to anyone within 15 miles to make the drive 👍🏻👍🏻

Only went for a quick to go miso soup… smallest $10 soup I’ve ever seen… disappointed. Not sure I care to entertain a second trip. Great artistic wall of origami for viewing pleasure, but not sure what’s going on in there.

I’ve driven past Wabi Sabi 100 times without realizing I’ve been missing this GEM all along. You’re instantly greeted by a warm staff with a welcoming ambiance. The decor is clean, crisp and perfectly laid out. The menu is something you may find at other high end omakase spots with a lunch friendly twist. We ordered a special, a bowl, and a chirashi omakase. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Will be back asap!

I almost want to gatekeep this place, but Wabi Sabi is too good not to share. Everything about the experience is exceptional. The green tea alone is a standout—whipped to perfection with a foamy top unlike anything I’ve ever had. The sushi? Incredibly fresh, buttery, and melts in your mouth.

One of the small but thoughtful details I loved was the soy sauce presentation—it comes with a little paintbrush so you can apply just the right amount without overpowering the fish. It’s those kinds of touches that make Wabi Sabi special. Dessert was just as impressive: a seasonal Japanese strawberry that was perfectly sweet and an unforgettable ube mochi that was unlike any I’ve tried before.

The decor is simple, with a refined Japanadi aesthetic that keeps the focus on the food. Service was also 10/10. Amazing all around—I’ll definitely be back

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wabi Sabi – A Superb Japanese Dining Experience

If you’re looking for an impeccable, truly Japanese nigiri, sashimi, and maki experience, Wabi Sabi is a must-visit. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and the service is just as exceptional—our server was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I enjoyed nigiri, including sweet shrimp, Japanese-sourced scallop, O-Toro, and Uni, all incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. My wife had Hamachi over chilled soba noodles, which she found exceptional. We ended with miso soup (with the best tofu my wife has ever had) and a light, fun Japanese cheesecake for dessert.

From the fish to the rice and noodle bowls, everything was top-tier. Highly recommended for an authentic Japanese dining experience in Miami!
