This place wasn't really for me. The food was ok, but the service could have been better. Gonna skip it next time because the prices are too high.

Used to be a nice place to go to but things have changed, not sure if it has to do with the red shirt management team they have on Sunday’s but just maybe. The food quality has dropped significantly like it literally seems like a microwaved meal. And the music is just too loud, almost feels like I am in a club. I think upper management/owners needs to crack down and fix things before this place really goes beyond saving.

Came to the restaurant with my auntie to have a good meal and it turned out to be perfect everything, the service with Carlos was amazing and he is always smiling making sure we all good and happy with everything as well I didn’t want to leave the restaurant because the playlist was on fire so given happy energy I am so happy can’t wait to come again . 6/22/25 3:00pm #mermaidkelly🧜‍♀️🩵 was here 🌙🧿💜

I loved walk-ons in Kendall, José was super attentive and very charismatic. The food was amazing, I had the mango tuna bowl and it was spectacular! The music is great the ambiance is amazing. ❤️😊 I would recommend to anyone!

Parking: Really a good experience on Sunday afternoon.

Food is great but service is not the best. I asked for no bacon my fries and they put bacon, they took the fries back and brought them again with bacon. The waitress got salty as hell when we told the manager and it’s funny because I went again yesterday and the same thing happened and that same waitress was there and she gave me the stank eye lol (girl life is going to be hard for you with that horrible attitude). They double charged me for the fries and I am still waiting on my refund. Lastly the manager at that location sucks. I used to come here weekly but I am not sure what is going on but they have lost a customer.

Location needs to be straight forward with customers and maybe put a sign up on tips.
Last night we stopped by and ordered some stuff, at the end of the night the girl came with her handheld and said here's your bill.
I challenged why the price is so much and she said oh i told you why. After some back and forth the breakdown was given.
Location was charging automatically 20% in tip and was still asking for additional tip a check out. Which meant we would have paid 20% plus an additional 20%.
Employee response is oh we don't make enough here so we expect the additional tip as we share with the bar staff. We are short staff and I've worked over 10 hours today and no over time.
Recommendation is to put up signs on tips and provide itemized bill upon request, be honest to your customers.
