This place is trash. Every guitar is literally priced twice as high as the actual value. They hover over you if you try to play or check out anything. Staff isn't respectful to the buyer unless it's clear they're willing to spend a stupid amount of moneey. Don't waste your time unless you're a millionaire

The cafe has a pretty good selection of treats. The collection of vintage cars and guitars is amazing and lots of fun to browse.

I had an amazing experience with customer service as they were very happy to answer my questions. I also had a wonderful experience with Ralph. I took my electric to get a set up and no one had ever explained all the details with so much care like Ralph did when helping me out. He did an amazing job and I would 100% recommend him cause he’s an awesome guitar technician!

Amazing place. Warm, welcoming and friendly people. Breathtaking displays of old cars and beautiful guitars. Must see if you are into either thing.

I went there 4 years ago and it is still one of the best thing to see in Miami !

Today I visited the place, it is picturesque but if you don't go you won't miss anything, the food is bad, the service is worst, the manager is extremely rude and aggressive. And I'm not saying this because of the YouTube video they always talk about and I didn't see it except because I visited the place and they were rude to me directly. I don't give opinions on places I haven't visited. It is not a museum, nor a cafe, much less a music house. They think they have something special, but it's only special to them. Nothing worse than stuck-up and aggressive people in such a fun place like Winwood where there are so many talented artists.
