I came to have a sandwich, as I always do, and they are always delicious. There is a gentleman working here who has a certain disability, I believe it might be autism. I want to highlight how wonderful it felt to be attended by him. Despite his condition, he has great energy when serving customers. Thank you for giving him the opportunity to prove that he can do it despite his condition. Thank you for being inclusive. May God bless you.

This Wawa location deserves 5⭐'s. It has everything U'd want from any Wawa, including great customer service from their hard working team. *Special praise to my pick for their M.V.P. ... Ms. Kennisha!!! She's always friendly, welcoming, helpful & efficient. She has an admirable work ethic & a positive energy that she bestows upon whomever is lucky to meet her. 10⭐'s for Ms. Kennisha!😊

Worst Experience with Employee and Manager😡
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience left me no choice. During a recent visit to Wawa I encountered not only an unprofessional employee but also a manager who was dismissive and unwilling to address the issue.
The employee interacted with was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. When I asked a simple question about a product/service, they responded with a sarcastic tone and rolled their eyes. It was clear they had no intention of helping or even treating customers with basic respect.
Hoping to resolve the issue, I requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened. Rather than listening and trying to understand my concern, the manager was defensive and dismissive. They barely acknowledged what I was saying and seemed more interested in protecting their employee than resolving the situation.
The entire encounter left me frustrated, disrespected, and questioning how a business can allow this kind of behavior from both frontline staff and leadership. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and sadly, this location failed miserably on that front.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers don't have to endure the same disappointing experience. HER NAME IS NURIA‼️ and the manger in the back picture I didn’t get her name unfortunately but you can see how see looks.

I ve grown to enjoy wawa to the extent of buying my wawa 20 Oz coffee mug that I drink out of daily because I enjoy their consistency of service and cleanliness but this wawa was counters dirty manager eating on ice coffee machine clearly sees me pour the drink I walk over to the cashier which wasn't there and realized I left it I. My truck as I make.my way to the vehicle assumes I'm not going g to pay and yells.across the.store ever so rudely that I must pay for my drink the polite and proper thing would have been to have asked if there was a issue or problem before embarrassing a long time customer on top of there being dirty cou ter no coffe in either of the two machines and absolutely no ice and all the while stuffing her face and the cashier MIA I can assure you I won't be back to this wawa again
Another Tesla car parked in the charger spot without charging. Taking away precious charging space. Notice it's windows down and abandoned..why is there cops every morning but never call tow for this. Unacceptable Wawa enforce the parking including disability parking. Else I am charging by the Wendy's in bird road.

Closest Wawa to Miami. Seems like a fine one but I drove 30 mins here and theyre out of stock of what I came for plus a bunch of other stuff. The XL ice coffee I checked out was FIVE DOLLARS and they didnt even have extras to put in it. Way too expensive makes me miss Cumberland Farms. I was starting to become a Wawa guy but I'ma never trust them again now.... $5 ice coffee that's for coffee shop mofos not a gas station boy like me. No thank you hope they never make it within city limits. We all deserve better value
All windshield cleaners empty/dry. Air station always out of service
Macha latte is very light and tasteless. When I ask for another scoop to be added the person at the counter has to call the manager and make a big deal. Not impressed and tired of having to call the manager every time I go total waste of time. The app doesn't give the option for extra matcha but to be honest they should make their drink stronger especially with all the ice they add.

Black manager kicked me out because i was being polite opening the doors for customers. Gave rude attitude.
