It's frustrating that everyone charging their electric car in the back of the store has to walk all the way around to enter the store. Why do the doors have to be locked? This neighborhood is not unsafe.
Everyone at the counter is rude, and you have to wait on their time to get checked out. They have no sense of urgency, you say good morning and nothing, you say thank you and they are just rude. This location needs shut down asap!!!! New management is needed and get people that want to work. I have been a manager for a huge corporation for over 15 years and what I have seen I wouldn’t keep one employee there.

Absolutely loved it.
Im very disappointed with this restaurant and its manager. I paid my food with uber eats card and when I showed my receipt of pick up at wawa they said they couldn’t give me my food. I called uber and they said the restaurant has to give me my food and the $20 i paid are lost. How come this receipt isn’t enough proof of order for wawa’s manager. Never order food to go here again

How hard could it be to keep one customer with Red Bulls daily? They’re always out of the specials and never out of the full price stuff. I’m so sick of the store always making excuses for not doing their job right they have a whole wall full of Red Bull but anything on Special is never available. It’s probably tactically done, but I am also done with coming to this place and finding out that they can’t even keep one person just one in Red Bull. I hate this place. I wish it would permanently close absolute waste of space here.

I came to have a sandwich, as I always do, and they are always delicious. There is a gentleman working here who has a certain disability, I believe it might be autism. I want to highlight how wonderful it felt to be attended by him. Despite his condition, he has great energy when serving customers. Thank you for giving him the opportunity to prove that he can do it despite his condition. Thank you for being inclusive. May God bless you.

This Wawa location deserves 5⭐'s. It has everything U'd want from any Wawa, including great customer service from their hard working team. *Special praise to my pick for their M.V.P. ... Ms. Kennisha!!! She's always friendly, welcoming, helpful & efficient. Worst Experience with Employee and Manager😡
I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent experience left me no choice. During a recent visit to Wawa I encountered not only an unprofessional employee but also a manager who was dismissive and unwilling to address the issue.
The employee interacted with was rude, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. When I asked a simple question about a product/service, they responded with a sarcastic tone and rolled their eyes. It was clear they had no intention of helping or even treating customers with basic respect.
Hoping to resolve the issue, I requested to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the situation only worsened. Rather than listening and trying to understand my concern, the manager was defensive and dismissive. They barely acknowledged what I was saying and seemed more interested in protecting their employee than resolving the situation.
The entire encounter left me frustrated, disrespected, and questioning how a business can allow this kind of behavior from both frontline staff and leadership. Customer service is the foundation of any successful business, and sadly, this location failed miserably on that front.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers don't have to endure the same disappointing experience. HER NAME IS NURIA‼️ and the manger in the back picture I didn’t get her name unfortunately but you can see how see looks.
