Yesterday I went to wawa to get some food and a food worker (Martha) was saying inappropriate comments to her coworkers. The woman was very disrespectful, she responded, she attacked and discriminated against her partner, an educated man, for not knowing how to do things when he told her that he was still in training. That’s inappropriate, it made me feel uncomfortable. Mrs. Martha must be more careful and know that she must maintain respect with her co-workers and clients. She must also take a course in good customer service.

The tall Cuban man with a beard is an idiot. He doesn't even know how to read the order and always prepares the order poorly.They should hire people who at least know how to read and write so that they prepare the order correctly.

Not enough employees to unlock the beer cabinet. So I did not buy beer. But I did spend almost $200 in gasoline so that I could buy beer as well.

I tried to order the chicken burrito and was told they didn't have rice, asked if they could make them quesadillas instead and they just completely destroyed the meal. $17 wasted and I'm completely disgusted...

Im not one to write reviews often but the Philly cheesesteak at this establishment is top notch. If you're ever hammered and in need of cholesterol spike get the philly cheese here. Listen to me. You wont regret it. Get off yelp, grab your car keys, drive there or if your too many dellis deep uber eats it to your location ASAP. You're still not listening to me? You need help.

Order was packaged well with extras just in case. Drinks were cold like I just got them out of the cooler. They are very responsive and polite, great order!

went in to get some food and one of the food workers kept saying inappropriate comments to her co workers referring to me as a big strong tree and talking about what big Christmas balls that tree must have to which other female employees laughed. the female manager responded by saying "what a dirty minded day we're having today ladies" and laughed. incredibly inappropriate made me feel uncomfortable. I wish this was joke but I was demeaned.

I had a very unpleasant experience at store # 5359 , on Thursday 9/28/2023 at 5:30pm. On my 15 hour of an 16 hour shift, I went by to purchase a cup Hazelnut coffee to make it through the day. I was informed by the employee that they didn't have certain coffee after 4pm and she couldn't make me any hazelnut coffee for me. I asked her to get the manager and Asst. General Manager Paola came out and stated the same policy that wasn't posted anywhere. I asked Ms. Paola could they brew me some hazelnut coffee, she replied it would be waste because i am only one person and they'll have to discard the coffee after 2 hours. So i asked her who determined the select few flavors that were out , she didn't answer. I left and contacted Wawa customer service and they gave me a 5$ gift card and took my statement. and informed me that the coffee should've been made, first informing me that it would take 5 minutes to brew. Store #5359 is less than a mile from my job and was so convenient, but i refuse to patronize a place where customer service isn't a priority.

I like to see the positive things in people and be a positive person because I believe that what you think and give is what you will receive, whether in the present or in the future.But I have to comment on the inappropriate and "brute" behavior/attitude (remember that the intelligent person speaks little or nods, the genius is silent and the BRUTE SCREAMS) I received TERRIBLE attention from the supposed "Manager" of Wawa located on 24th Street.I think people have to think a little more before “speaking” (not to mention shouting) the ROUGH attention of this man with a robust build, black hair and beard- leaves a lot to be desired because I AM THE CUSTOMER, and at no time did I I raised my voice, on the contrary I was quite friendly.It turns out that an ONLINE order was made THROUGH THE UBER EATS APP, I left my phone in the car (I wanted to confirm it by phone as if it were an order for someone else who is coming to pick up someone from Uber, and they told me It's like if I didn't know about Uber Eats, even my 89 year old grandfather uses it) I TOLD HIM THE NAME WHEN I ARRIVED (how would I know if the order wasn't mine?) ??) then I described what was ordered, no. It's enough? Even those who deliver Uber give you the order just by saying the name!! and as I explained to you, IT IS A PERSONAL ORDER THROUGH THE APP THAT ONLY REQUIRES GIVING THE NAME, and I even detailed what was inside the bag! but the GROSS man (who according to him knows everything and I don't know WHY HE IS A MANAGER) continued talking (or rather shouting) that the Politics there that blah, blah, blah even if he was right WAS VERY GROSS THAT IS NO WAY TO DEAL WITH THE PAYING CUSTOMER AND WHERE THEIR SALARY COMES FROM! especially when I was always very kind.I really appreciate the rest of the staff who were very friendly, also the person who answered my phone, etc. but this man should be fired, he should not be a Manager, I had a happy day until this guy responded to me, who did They took me back to the car when I was sweating, I hadn't even had breakfast and it was after one, etc.Please get him out of there.Thank you!!!
