PLEASE LEARN HOW TO MAKE THE COFFEE DRINKS! I ordered the chocolate cold foam and received some very light-colored iced coffee with zero chocolate inside the cup. Manager could not locate the cold foam in the store. I had to walk inside the store and talk the manager through how to make the Chocolate Cold Foam coffee.🫥
Seems like pure laziness to me. 9 out of 10 Wendy’s locations mess up the coffee drinks. Corporate needs to ensure that employees know how to make these.

it’s always good food with Wendy’s but the service has not been okay. We used to have a guy help us in the drive thru and we would get our two waters barbecue our baconater and Dave’s double sometimes fries sometimes nuggets. We are so tired of being treated horribly we used to love this place. They replaced the guy with a girl who started yelling when we asked for barbecue it’s a 1 dollar sauce. CHARGE US and then we do get charged and NOT RECEIVED ANY BARBECUE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO THIS PEOPLE!!!!!!! This Wendy’s will fall if they continue with this behavior. we are good people to them what did we do? give them service? we need to get the head of this Wendy’s to fix this mess

Recently came here for a doordash order 2 weeks ago and the manager was so rude and shoved the bag to me instead of handing it to me like a decent human. No eye contact either, customer service here is garbage and no one ever looks happy.

Customer service pretty good. However, making my order correctly has been the issue. This is the third time I've been here and they can't get my order right. All I asked for was a number six which is a spicy chicken sandwich. No tomatoes. Add cheese and extra onions and or heavy onions. Get back to the house. There's no onions on my sandwich whatsoever. They am not driving back and this is the third time my order has been done incorrectly over the last 2-3 weeks

John lied and pretended to try to manage the rude and disrespectful girl at the window. No way did they sit there and treat us like we were nothing, could not even order from them, it was a simple breakfast order. Had to go to Burger King.

I will never patronize this restaurant again. The lady taking the order asked if I wanted to try something that I didn't understand, when I asked her to repeat what she said she rudely told me to place my order. I ordered 2 kids meal, one with a hamburger and the other with nuggets. When I got to the window I observed the server touching the fries and nuggets with her bare hands. I asked aren't you supposed to be wearing gloves as mandated by the health department. She said she didn't understand what I was saying. Another worker shoved a bag towards me i asked where are the toys and the fries? I was told that's what you're waiting for. At this Another woman who said that she was the manager asked for the bag back and for me to over and park because I was messing with their time. The staff were rude and very unprofessional
I told my grandchildren that we would have to find another restaurant for their after-school snack. With all the complaints I would think that corporate office would feel the need to step in for some customer service training as this affects their bottom line, just saying.

I ordered a #1 that came up to $11 i check my card when I got home they charged me $21 rude and thieves, im going to push the issue i need fraud charges on the workers

I would not recommend visiting this location under any circumstances. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff asked me to pull forward because it affects their time for bonuses — even though there was nowhere to park. I had to drive around to find a spot, waited about 25 minutes, and when I finally returned to the window, they hadn’t even started my order. This is not only poor customer service but completely unethical behavior. If this is how they treat customers to manipulate their performance metrics, I can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes.

Very bad experience every time. From the moment they take your order at the window until they give you the food. The employee and the manager are very rude. If they don’t like their job or working, they should quit. I don’t have to put up with their bad attitude and unhappiness just because I want to eat

I’ve been a regular at this Wendy’s location for years, and one thing never fails to intrigue me: the mayonnaise situation. For the past 8 years, it seems impossible to get any mayo after 10 PM. No matter how many times I ask, there’s always a strict limit—or sometimes none at all.

What’s really puzzling is the manager’s stance on this. Whether it’s a burger or a chicken sandwich, customers consistently get skimpy amounts of mayo, as if it’s a closely guarded secret. It’s fascinating in a way, but also frustrating when you just want a properly dressed sandwich.

Wendy’s food itself is solid, but this bizarre mayo policy definitely affects the late-night experience.
