Manager was trying to polite but was extremely rude in doing so. She was clearly on an authority trip. Stick to your personality it’s expected and fits you better. Have a “GOOD AFTERNOON”

This is just how I wanted to spend my afternoon...Writing a review!
I decided to go to this Wendy's drive-thru today, January 23, 2025 at 2:59pm. After listening to the automated voice, would you like to have.. blah blah blah. I had to ask if the order taker was there because she didn't say anything.
I made my order and before i could ask for no tomato, she asks if I want a single or double. PAY attention as I ordered a #1 (single) (I also didn't say that to her).
I pull up and pay. Then in English (which I speak, but could hardly understand her) she says pull forward, and I'll bring your food out. (Not please pull up). She finally comes out, looks at me and says did you order the following (I just saw you, you cannot remember the order that you were bringing out?) Also, I could barely understand her yet again.
I asked for a receipt, and she looks right at me, and says "I got you", winks at me and says I'll be right back.
Of course, sitting for a minute, I notice the car behind me paying for the food, and clearly she is not returning to me with my receipt.
I get out (inconvenienced) and go into the store. Surprise, surprise, there is no one at the registers. Finally (as my food is just getting colder and colder), I call out "Excuse me, anyone" Finally she is sorry, I am sorry poppy, I forgot!
Of course you did, I mean it had only been seconds from when you said I'll be right back, to the time it took you to walk to the register!
Ridiculous service!!! Maybe, give the receipt when people pay!
Absolutely the worst drive thru experience, and clearly no one there really gives a S---! I am a local, and quite honestly, we will never go back there! There used to be a really nice lady who worked there some time ago.

Ordered onapp before end of breakfast. They told me nothing ready. Had proof with email order receipt. Upset. Had to beg for $ back after 15 minutes of supervisor acting like she. Could not care less about resolving issue & like I was too much to expect her help.

I come almost every morning and wanted to comment they are exceptional in keeping the food fresh and deliver it directly from the oven. My favortie is egg & cheese biscuits. No other Wendys Burger King or Mcdonalds make it tasteful and fresh like this Wendys location. I have seen customer give them problems more than they had problem with any order. By there customer service and taking there time to make my order fresh they won me as a customer. It has been a year they have provided exceptional service for me. Dont let negative customers influence the service of this Wendys. They give their best everyday and I hope this staff gets a bonus and a gift card from corporate. thank you manager of this morning Cynthia

Stopped for dinner. We had to wait almost 10 minutes to order inside. The person in front of us was having a terrible time trying to order. The cashier couldn't understand him. Then we got to put our order in. My husband got the mushroom and swiss burger combo and I had a bacon burger combo. The food wasn't that great. The highlight was a salted caramel frosty. There was a lady that was terribly loud and vulgar with her profanity and exploits. Honestly can't recommend.
