We placed an order through UberEats and they did not want to place the order. They are leaving the girl who picks up the food waiting for about 40 minutes. They attend to those who arrive later and do not give them explanations. I worked at a fast food restaurant and we NEVER had this kind of ineffective response as the employees at this Wendy's branch.

I recently visited Wendy's and had the pleasure of being served by Brad. He was efficient and got my order exactly right, which is always appreciated. However, I couldn't help but feel that the service lacked warmth and friendliness.In terms of the food, it was good, but there's definitely room for improvement. The items I ordered were satisfactory, but they could have been better. The flavors were decent, but they didn't quite wow me.Overall, Wendy's provided a decent dining experience. With a bit more attention to customer service and perhaps some refinement in the food quality, it could become an even more enjoyable place to grab a meal.

This place is horrible with time management.I put a mobile order with lots of time for my arrival & the food be ready. To then be told when I arrive I still have to wait for my food & while I’m waiting, I can see the people that just arrived leave well before I could get my “mobile order”

The truth is, it's a rubbish place, I felt like the cashier was going to hit me, she didn't want to do anything, she treated me horribly, and by the way, when she brought me the food because they had several orders due to her inefficiency, she asked me to get out of the car so I could have a good time. I can't explain how such big franchises Have these people who do not have modal values or the slightest knowledge of customer service with their socks outside their pants, terrible presentation, this happened on February 4, 2024 at approximately 1:50 pm
The drive through cashier's attitude was horrible, I asked for the supervisor. When supervisor came in the window, she apologized to me and my daughterMaybe the rude drive through cashier was having a bad night and wasn't sure that taking our order correctly was important. Why be charged for a large drink on your credit card when you asked for 2 medium combos.This might sound petty, but it was not nice. Well, thanks to supervisor for herassistant.

The one good thing about this Wendy's is that there's good parking. Other than that not so much. I went inside because sometimes the food is better when you go inside rather than the drive-thru. I remember seeing 1 or 2 cars in the drive-through. But there were no people in line inside. Surprisingly, it took longer than expected to get my food which is fine. Because I wasn't in a hurry comma but it was cold. I simply ordered a burger. Isn't that what they do the best? The cheese wasn't even melted. I specifically went there to get a peppermint frosty for the first time... If you're a frosty lover don't ruin your experience with one of these. Not worth The calories. Stick with the original frosty.I don't know what's going on in our world, but the service and quality of items that you get ANYWHERE is just poor!!!This experience just reminded me I shouldn't be eating this kind of food anyway. I won't be going back.
