I want service with a smile, maybe I’m asking for too much. I get it, it’s not Chick-fil-A. Perhaps working at Wendy’s sucks. Sorry for being hungry and choosing this location so sorry to bother the employees there. Hopefully their shift is over soon so they can get back to doing whatever they really wanna do, which is clearly not working at Wendy’s

This was a very miserable establishment. I asked for no ice and I asked for no mayonnaise and I got ice and I got mayonnaise. And when I came back inside to get my sandwich fixed the people inside were so miserable. One lady didn't even speak English and she was the one reading the tickets. And as soon as I heard the lady at the teleprompter in the drive through she sounded miserable. It made me feel like placing my order was a bothersome. I didn't even want my sandwich fixed I just wanted my money back because I didn't want that poor miserable energy being put into the food that I was about to ingest. You guys need to do better. Hire people that can read and understand English so you stop messing up orders!
