There are literally only 2 bathrooms in this restaurant and they're ALL family bathrooms. The other bathroom is locked for some reason. The fact that a customer threw a hissy fit because the unlocked bathroom was occupied and he wanted to get in is appalling. Even more appalling is that Wendy's staff wanted to open the door while I was there and I kept saying "it's occupied". I don't know this man yet they wanted to open the door to let him in the bathroom to be with me. Not only was this highly inappropriate but it put me in danger. It's literally common sense.

If I could give 0 stars I would say bad service and attention from the ladies at the checkout, it seems like they are at odds with life, it is bad manners with all people. We all need our jobs but they should give you customer service training. They get upset about everything. BAD

The person at the checkout is rude and says the price totals incorrectly and says another price that does not match the actual price of the Burger. I don't understand why he does that.
Charging extra for more than two packets of ketchup is crazy. Not to mention they get your order wrong.
