Best late night Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Best part, my order came out correct and these are some of the best tasting fries I’ve had in a very long time from any fast food place.

So I ordered online a bacon and egg sandwich and instead what I got was a cheeseburger. So I parked my car got out went in told the guy and he said there’s the egg and I said where and he pointed to the cheese and I said where’s the egg and he said oh that’s cheese and I said yes that’s cheese. That’s why I came in here because there’s no egg. So then instead of giving me a breakfast egg sandwich that I wanted, he literally gave me a little slab of egg that’s right he literally gave me a little slab of egg. I guess to put in the sandwich myself. This on top of the fact that he gave me the coffee without any cream or sugar as usual I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a sandwich correct in an order I’ve learned never to drive away from a drive-in window again without checking the order down to the last detail I don’t care how long it takes the work ethic and incompetence of this guy here at Wendy’s is unbelievable

They made me wait 20 minutes, they made me get out of the car to order the food having paid for it and ordered it for the drive thru, on a rainy day. Other Wendys don't have as bad management and customer service as this one.

They treat me very badly even though they were supposedly closed I just wanted to ask a question and they yelled at me and treated me badly, I don't recommend coming to this place. That worker should be fired.

This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I could not understand the man at the drive through and had to repeat my order numerous times and it still wasn’t right. So I parked my car and went inside. I waiting about 10 minutes to get helped inside while there wasn’t a line.

I then had to wait a very long time for the food to come. While waiting I watched as nobody in the kitchen wore gloves while preparing food. All in all the experience took over 30 minutes. I believe they were very understaffed, but it is still
Unbelievable as nobody seemed like they were in a rush.
