The Cuban lady at the register taking my order was very rude and kept rushing me asking me what else and this and that I’m like hold on lady let me talk. Then she proceeds to act crazy when I ask her please not to do nothing to my drinks. And starts to tell her coworkers can they believe I would think that of her. She was talking in Spanish so I simply said mam I would appreciate it if you would tell your coworkers what happened after their done making my food. Super rude and the fries were cold and she gave me no receipt. I am calling Wendy’s corporate cause their phone doesn’t work. I am also calling immigration to check everyone’s papers there because there was no reason to shove my good at me with my daughter in the car.happened October 29th 2025 at 6;45 pm. Incase you want to check who was working drive through.

I am a daily customer who likes to go during my lunch time , this is the best wendys fast service everytime in less then 4minutes my meal is done they even know my personal meal before I say it they will say it for me that is outstanding amazing customer service from every and each single employee that's there at 12pm to 3 pm everyday when I go and i will continue to go because of how great the employees and managers are .

Disappointing Experience at This Wendy’s

My experience at this Wendy’s was far from good. The service was okay, but the overall management of the place was lacking. The soda machine was broken, and half the drink options didn’t work, which is a sign of poor upkeep.

The food didn’t look right, and in hindsight, I should have returned it. It’s disappointing when basic quality and cleanliness aren’t prioritized. I’d recommend being cautious when eating here, and honestly, a health inspection wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I was passing by 12 NW and 72 Ave, and I saw the picture of the BREAKFAST BACONATOR®
GOMBO #7 and I'm not lying, I had to stop because it was impossible for me not to eat that delicious breakfast which disappointed me 100% because all the staff except the poor cook were not at their work stations. I have notified them and they all came. I placed my order, but there were no fries, I had to wait until they were ready, that's as far as I could go until I opened my BREAKFAST BACONATOR®
GOMBO #7 to see the lie and the shamelessness of what they served me. I asked the manager where the 6 strips of bacon were and smiling she told me, there are 3 under the egg and the other three on top of the sausage. Look at the pictures and draw your own conclusions.
