Not fries wirh my order even though I itcwas requested.
The lady working the front register is very rude. She should learn better customer service. The chili I ordered was also very cold. Poor service and product.

Disappointing Experience at This Wendy’s
My experience at this Wendy’s was far from good. The service was okay, but the overall management of the place was lacking. The soda machine was broken, and half the drink options didn’t work, which is a sign of poor upkeep.
The food didn’t look right, and in hindsight, I should have returned it. It’s disappointing when basic quality and cleanliness aren’t prioritized. I’d recommend being cautious when eating here, and honestly, a health inspection wouldn’t be a bad idea.

It was 11:45 at night and it said open on Google, the place was closed
I was passing by 12 NW and 72 Ave, and I saw the picture of the BREAKFAST BACONATOR®
GOMBO #7 and I'm not lying, I had to stop because it was impossible for me not to eat that delicious breakfast which disappointed me 100% because all the staff except the poor cook were not at their work stations. I have notified them and they all came. I placed my order, but there were no fries, I had to wait until they were ready, that's as far as I could go until I opened my BREAKFAST BACONATOR®
GOMBO #7 to see the lie and the shamelessness of what they served me. I asked the manager where the 6 strips of bacon were and smiling she told me, there are 3 under the egg and the other three on top of the sausage. Look at the pictures and draw your own conclusions.

They’re short of staff, and poor cashier had to go back and forth to cook things in the back, and handle the register as well; on top of that they didn’t have Chilli beans. I usually enter Wendy’s mainly for that.
I’m having second thoughts, I should have given it two stars instead of three. :-(

The food was good, but I wanted a 12 piece nuggets with large fries and a drink, and when I got home to look at my bag, I only saw 4. I was confused but didn't want to go back.

I came to buy a hamburger at this place and I couldn't take it. The man with the beard with that bad appearance works without protection on his face right there, he squeezed his nose and wasn't even able to wash his hands. He doesn't know how to serve the public. Also while I was placing my order he didn't speak to me very well I give him a 0 in everything very bad experience Thanks to the guy who is working at 11:20 at night it seems like he has had a bad night and doesn't treat customers well

On the night of today, November 1, if you see this opinion, you will remember how bad you made him go through by asking you at 11:15 pm for a salad and a hamburger for my girlfriend. You treated me very badly, I mean the man with the beard who is in this schedule working. He got upset since I asked him for the salad, he made me look ridiculous or that's what you thought you would achieve. Since you didn't understand, I asked you the ingredients of the salad and you also have no knowledge of the products you sell. You were so stubborn about me that you asked the girl to You attended to me and you forgot to turn off the loudspeaker saying something crazy about me. I never treated you badly. Today you are that ignorant after having the job and then they fire you, which is what I would do if I was the owner. And if you're crying, please hire me. By the way, I don't come here anymore. The product is very good but the service is terrible. Excluding the very kind lady.

I was so surprised by the SpongeBob Krabby Patty meal!! ?? ...and the pineapple/mango Frosty?!?! ??? I hope that Frosty flavor stays on the menu (thank me later). Overall it was a cool collab that tastes GREAT! And if your in North Miami Beach, the 163rd Wendy's is the highly recommended
