This place has been having the same issues for years now. They always saying that they burnt the potatoes, never have sour cream, issues in the drive thru where they can’t take your order, always needing to wait on food to be done. I’m over this place. It’s totally unprofessional.

Beware, this location is dishonest. They charge more than the price on the menu. When confronted, they don't honor the menu price. Has been an issue last 2 months , they are thieves.

One of my biggest concerns (and probably relatable) about fast food is the wait it will take to get my food. Especially during lunch breaks for work/school. My visit was during regular lunchtime rush and I was visiting on foot from a 15 minute walk. There was a long line outside for drive thru and about 5 people ahead of me inside. My order was received and fulfilled within 10 minutes of my arrival. When I got outside, the line was gone and the vehicle I saw at the back of the drive thru line upon arriving was leaving the parking lot the same time as myself. There was no rushing me along with my order or anyone before me. There was a clean interior and calm vibe as patrons ate their food at their dining tables. Normally, there are telltale signs of mismanagement at fast food establishments, but this was a refreshing view of what proper management, customer service, and a quality dining experience is supposed to look like.
