Really below average burger, there is no taste at all. Tastes like a raw burger that you buy from any supermarket and toss it in the pan till it gets darker without adding any kind of taste/herbs to it. Maybe it was a bad day there, not normal to taste like that!

Lack of adequate. Had an attitude. Was judge for the food I picked. No ice available and when I asked for ice, the lady wanted to give me 4 ice cubes and had to request more. Lack of communication and service skills
Has became one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The food quality seems pretty good and the prices fair

Went through the drive thru and asked for a burger and drink. I get the bill and see I'm charged for a combo and extra cheese I didn't ask for. So I asked the manager on duty why he did that stating it wasn't what I asked for So he said it's better for you. I said no thank I want what I asked for. He took my card and just refund me and told me I wasn't getting the food. It was because his English was very poor and he had a negative attitude. I waited he walked off. I went inside and asked for the refund receipt and he was still rude and I'm convinced this was about race because of the location of the store and his attitude simply said your not welcome here. He then asked me to return the beverage and I told him to take it from me and I left. His name is Armando

A total disaster. The employees do not attend to orders when they are received and do not deliver them as they should be. The worst service there is. They never give you food or drinks. The computer employee is a skinny young guy who is distracted and does not have adequate performance. I will not visit this garbage place again.

Horrible experience. I didn’t realize until I got home that they messed up my whole order. Spicy nuggets instead of regular. A fully loaded sandwich when I asked for specific toppings. And cold, stale fries. Unbelievable!
