Horrible experience. I didn’t realize until I got home that they messed up my whole order. Spicy nuggets instead of regular. A fully loaded sandwich when I asked for specific toppings. And cold, stale fries. Unbelievable!

The manager is rude, he treated me like trash. After I stood in line at the car, he yelled at me and yelled at the employee to turn around and get out of the car to order a meal with some coupons that they themselves gave me. Very bad attention from the manager or manager. Terrible I don't recommend them

We'll start with what was good: The venue was fresh and felt well-cleaned. Then the bad: The staff doesn't understand English but basically only speaks Spanish, which I, as a tourist, don't. The Coca-Cola machine lacked ice and carbonation and when I pointed this out to the cashier, she didn't understand what I meant at all and wanted to give me a new mug. I tried to talk to her colleagues too but they didn't understand either. In the end I got to talk to a manager who could speak English and I got a new fizzy drink.
