Worst Wendys ever. I ordered a saled just to be told they dident have any. They took my card and did not tell me the total and sent me to park to wait for some of my food. I looked at the reciept and had to go in to get my $9 refunded. Ordered a fish sandwich and a backed potato. Both were horrible.Bad food and intentionally overcharged. Never go back.

I went here for a quick late afternoon meal. I don't believe I've eaten inside this Wendy's so I tried it out. I ordered the baconator double, with a 10 piece spicy nuggets and a drink. I also ordered the chili. The service was quick. There was no line. I received the 2 ghost pepper sauces. Overall this was a good stop with fast service

I have always liked Wendy's food. I went to this restaurant exactly a month ago and everything was fine. That day I bought a free ice cream promotion for a year. The girl explained to me that with that I could go through the window and just show the plastic that I gave you. Dan, well, I told him, okay, the chocolate ice cream is very good and I said why not. The next day a guy with a bad temper was there. I did what the girl told me and I noticed her annoyance. I asked him for my ice cream with a sad face. He answered that next time I had to order the side, the speaker gave me the ice cream in a bad way. I understand that, maybe I should have stopped to be served, but as the girl explained to me the day before, I did that now I don't want to go back because why? I don't know how they're going to react and I feel like I'm forced to buy something else to use this I paid this for nothing it's no big deal but I'm disappointed in the customer service

You can't go to this Wendys. I went with a child and there were 2 homeless right behind us speaking bad words, we had to almost run away, because I didn't feel safe.

EVERYTIME I come here the workers have HUGE attitude. Why do they get mad over me asking for ketchup? Every single time. Last night I went and the girl on the speaker told me “hold up” when I pulled to the speaker box. I waited 3 minutes and nothing. I told them I just have a mobile order and she goes “I said hold up” and made me wait another 3 minutes. Mind you no one was infront of me and I was the only customer. When I pulled to the window everyone is in the front laughing and talking. So I waited 8 minutes in the speaker so y’all could talk?
11:30pm Dining room closed. Drive-thru is the only thing open. I’m at the hotel across the street with no vehicle. Staff would not take my order or serve me without a car. I walk through the drive-thru and denied. Literally showing my credit card to pay. Hungry after hours? Better have a car.
