This is one of my best experiences at Wendy's .I got exactly what I ordered and I ate everything. I appreciate you Ms .Patsy and and all the other staff it was a great meal even though I wasn't expecting to stop here I got stuck in the rain and I truly enjoyed💯🥰

The wait time is bad sometimes even ordering online I wait half an hour for my order. Menu items taste fine and half the staff is good and knows you well, half just look at you like what are you doing here.

It's my first time at Wendy's and I clearly had no idea what to order the boy who took my order never had patience and when he got to the window both he and his partner laughed in my face the girl practically threw my food and I asked that the sauce was not spicy and that was the sauce that they really gave me a traumatic experience I think I won't visit this restaurant anymore both the girl and the boy who are working on the schedule around 10 pm don't like their work and they mistreat customers.

Horrible customer service. Lady at the window was on her phone for a good 10 minutes before she even acknowledged me. I had placed a mobile order and it wasn't even ready like come on people. Would not recommend this place. These people hate their job and their customer service says it all.
The guy asked me to reverse so his friend can be ahead of me but since it was too long for the friend to reverse he left his spot to go outside delivering the food to that friend and stayed more than 10min talking and laughing while I’m waiting to pay and take my food for big name like that this is the worst i’ve ever seen and rushing you to your orders making you feel dumb if you don’t really know what the number 7 is about and asking questions not even 0 for customer service less than that

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s drive-thru. The employees were rude and unhelpful, rushing us through our order and displaying noticeable attitude throughout the interaction. Instead of providing good customer service, they made us wait without any explanation and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Wendy’s.
